“Not at all happy. Of three items bought as Christmas presents, only one arrived in time. One I was emailed about (far too late) saying they would not have new stock until the new year and did I want to wait or cancel. The third item never arrived and only afer I checked did it become obvious that they were waiting until the second item was in stock again instead of sending the 3rd item alone. I suspect they simply were not geared up and ready for Christmas.”

“Item despatched in timely fashion and arrived in perfect order. The only downside was the use of Recorded Delivery mail: the item cost only £3.00 and would have gone through the letter box but, as I was not in when the postman called, I had to collect it from the local sorting office.”

“I received The History Of The Cricket Bat showcase very soon after my telephone order. It was very well wrapped but the actual plaque containing the printed information had come adrift during transit.I managed to re-glue back into place but would suggest something is temporarily placed over the plaque whilst in the presentation box to prevent this happening in future. I purchased this item for my son who owns an original bat signed by Hobbs,Sutcliffe,Hammond,Larwood and many more. I would be pleased to receive your comments. Regards, Peter Griffin.”

“This was a gift for my cricket mad 12 year old nephew and when it arrived I was really pleased with the quality - I know he will love it.... Extremely well made and all round really pleased with the quality - I have one complaint is as much as there was no packaging so the ball arrived in a bubble wrap envelope. Considering this was a bicentenary product and would not be used I was really disappointed that it didn't come in a box even a cardboard one with tissue paper stuffing would have been something .... So all in all a fab item for cricket fans but packaging should be a consideration ..... I would of happily paid more for it to have been gift boxed in some capacity .....”
