“Ordering the tickets was easy on-line and when I rang Lords to book the actual day of the tour the lady on the phone was very helpful and easy to deal with - I await the tour next month ........”

“Hi there Left a message re what kit does my 8 year old need for his Future Stars Course at Easter i.e. does he really need a helmet and pads etc i.e. will he play with a hard ball etc Have not yet heard anything. Best wishes Virginia”

“Very easy to use and tickets turned up promptly. However as they were a present , perhaps a small presentation pack ( similar to ones sent out with usual Test tickets ) would have been nice than just a leaflet.”

“Nothing arrived for a while and then I called to chase the pads and was told they were coming. Called again as still nothing appeared and hadn't been advised there was a delay.”

“We purchased 12 boxes of the new Lords 200th Anniversary cricket ball to take to Sri lanka on a School Cricket tour for each member of the team to give as a gift to a player of the opposing team at the end of each match. Each ball was sealed in a Lord's bag. The School played five matches whilst in Sri Lanka (winning two) but the sheer pleasure as these modest boys were given a present from 'The Home of Cricket' was an enjoyment in itself.Thank you for your assistance Lord's.”

“We took my sister and her husband for Afternoon Tea on 1st December to celebrate their birthdays. We had been before and wanted them to experience it - it was wonderful. The service is excellent. the food plentiful (including accommodating a vegetarian) and the tour was informative and fun. Highly recommend it - we have been evening and day time and would suggest day is better to see the ground but Carols in the evening was a great start to the season.”
