“Items came in 2 seperate deliveries one of which was a couple weeks later than anticipated.I wasn't contacted to be told any of this information and had to call a couple times to chase up my order.”

Being disabled I then had to get someone to take it back to the post office for me, get a label printed by them and send it back. This caused me great stress and as it is a present for my grandson, I don't even know if I am going to get the replacement in time. I explained all this to them and I was just told how to send it back, there was an attempt at an apology, but no offer of compensation like reduced price or anything, which I feel is bad customer service, after all, it was their mistake!”

“Product arrived perfectly. Small issue was that the speedy delivery option that I paid for didn’t work and it arrived on the same date as standard delivery times. However after a short email I got a smooth refund for the extra delivery charge I spent”

But my items didn’t have any Extra packaging/bubble wrap on them (just envelope) and 1 of the unit had a mark/scuff on..
not overly fussed about it, but if there was any extra bubble wrap on them it would of got marked up..”
