“when I first ordered from this place everything was good they all where shipped within a good time during covid and where in good condition, furthermore they all came together . But the second time I ordered from here the shipping was bad and boxes where damaged not to much but u can see it and not all packages arrived but thankfully the most expensive figure i bought came. but from there nothing else arrived i did get my money back but it took a while to get back .threw this i hope it can change or I'm never buying from this place again”
“Very slow to dispatch. Took about a week to dispatch and that was after a couple emails were sent. Product arrived quick once dispatched. Product is fine, does what it should do.”
“Love the game but expected the old version that is advertised in the pictures online. Hence why I ordered it from here. We have the old version and it's so fun so though it'd make a great present for my in laws however its the new version which I don't find as good personally.
Speedy deliver though so that was a bonus.”
“Good product but the dispatch time is far too long. It took 7 days for the item to be dispatched. So in total ten days to arrive since the order was placed. If I’d have realised that, I’d have gone elsewhere, as it was a birthday gift.”

“Having to wait a month from order date to delivery, from a UK based business is ridiculous. I was never kept in the loop, I had to get in touch multiple times to find out what was happening. I like the products on your website, but I will be going elsewhere.”
“The website was great, easy to navigate. However they split my order in to 2 packages, the first package came quickly but the other one I had to chase them for it after a few weeks had passed and it seems they had forgot to post the other item to me. I only received it because I rang and asked about it as the lady I spoke to said sometimes the suppliers do this... not very comforting when I'm giving you my money. If the first package had been my whole experience I would have gave 5 star.”
“Overall the service was ok. Unfortunately my item had a chip, therefore I sent an email and was advise to send the faulty item back and get a replacement. Some time went along of me chasing what is going on. Finally I was told there was a miscommunication and they don’t do replacements. Instead they had to refund me and for me to replace the order. It was nearly 2 weeks for me to get my refund back.
Regardless, the items on the website are amazing! I just wish the customer service matched it.”
