Most of the bad reviews from customers are related to shipping, not to the book quality. My book was delivered two days after the promised date and the package appeared to be mishandled because the cover was bent in some places. I think Lovebook charges enough for its product and for shipping, so, to me, it is unacceptable to receive a final product in less than a perfect condition.”
