“I found the whole process painless and very quick. The staff were helpful and let me know when the phone was repaired. I ended up picking it up the next day. I would highly recommend this service.”

“Shattered my phone screen at 11 am, it was fixed by 1:40 pm. Although I had to wait a while and there was nowhere left inside to wait, I was pleased with the final product.”

“Awesome service! Sent phone in on a Friday as I wasn't in a rush. Signed for, fixed and emailed in a matter of hours on Monday, and it's back in my hand on Tuesday morning. My phone was in a terrible mess and it now looks like new. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service - good price, great service.”

“I thought I had lost all my important data that I had in the phone and after being to several phone shops and leaving them with my phone still dead I found lovefone when browsing for another phone repair company and decided to give them a try. They were nice people, pleasant work space but most of all they actually managed to fix my phone and for that I am very grateful. I recommend them for their excellent service that they provided.”

“Fast, professional service. I called them in the morning about replacing my Nexus 5x screen. They had my screen in stock. After dropping it off later that day, I had a good as new phone is less than an hour.”

“I was able to walk to the Lovefone office in my lunch hour, dropped off my phone, and within 30 minutes had a perfect new screen in place of the smashed old one. Although they seem to be primarily an iPhone repair service, there was no additional hassle (or cost) for fixing my Google Nexus 5. The lifetime guarantee on the repair work is also a bonus. Can't recommend them highly enough”

“An excellent service. I had my iPad 2 screen replaced after our son dropped it on the floor. After dropping in without an appointment one afternoon, the friendly staff confirmed I could have my iPad back in 2 hours. It's a quick, easy, professional service at good value. “Smashed IPad screen. The investigation into exactly how that happened is ongoing. I sent the damaged IPad to Lovefone and got it back as good as new within 48 hours. Very pleased. Hopefully I will never have to use Lovefone again but I'm happy to recommend their service.”
