“I cracked my work phone screen on Monday morning, I literally cannot work without my Iphone 5s and I had to get it fixed asap. I work round the corner from Lovefone and I was greeted with great customer service and a large smile. I handed my phone in and within 10 minutes had the screen replaced. I was extremely satisfied with their service and I highly recommend using them if you can. James Cree”

“I never had my iPhone screen fixed before so did not know what to expect and I was a bit apprehensive. I was extremely happy with the efficiency, speed and service and the iPhone looks like new once my shattered screen was replaced. I am very pleased with the end result.”

“Excellent service. Made an enquiry at 10am. Ipad was collected by 12pm, screen replaced and returned by 6pm. Reasonably priced courier was arranged by Lovefone too. A fantastic experience; have been raving about it since.”

“Advised how much the repair would cost for our iPhone 5s before the work started. Fast efficient service. Reasonable price. Discount given for multiple faults and for a return visit. 1 year warranty also included on the faults.”

“Excellent customer service. I booked an appointment 10mn before walking in the store and they took my phone directly. It only took them 15mn to do the screen replacement, which was of really good quality. I have had my screen replaced before in a non-Apple store and it was terrible. But their work was really good and very rapid. Plus the music played in the store is really good. Would definitely recommend.”

“Excellent service from start to finish, from online booking on an easy to navigate website, through to being greeted by a super friendly receptionist in-store where turn around time for my screen repair was a super speedy fifteen minutes! Professional, efficient service that I won't hesitate to use again should I be clumsy enough to need to.”

“Really pleased. I researched on line and found Lovephone and was able to easily book a specific job at a specific time at a reasonable price.for my two I phones. “My daughter had for her iPhone 5s submerged in water, it worked for a while but not very well. Then the touch screen went wrong. Took it to the Apple Store and was told it couldn't be repaired, then they tried to sell me a new one. Took it to LoveFone who took it apart and cleaned the rusty parts, replaced the screen and gave it a good clean. Got it back 30 minutes later and it was like new and worked perfectly. Great service and no bull (unlike Apple).”

“Everything was excellent! I walked in, having bought a book with me expecting a one and a half hour wait, was told it was going to be twenty minutes, took about five minutes getting a coffee and returned to find it was done. Exceeded expectations, would spill Irn-Bru on phone again.”
