“Incredibly fast and effective service, I walked in and my broken LCD screen on iphone was fixed within minutes and at a much more reasonable price than apple/phone company were quoting. Would definitely recommend.”

“Quick and professional service. Completely cracked Iphone 5 screen. Would have cost more than £150 to get it repaired by Apple. But £69 here. Took only 5 mins. and easy to book an appointment same day online. Easy to find location few minutes from Tottenham Court Road. Pleasant office. Phone back to normal. Would recommend.”

“Located in one of Fitzrovia's maze of tight streets, not full of chain stores, Lovefone is an unassuming small workspace where they work magic on your broken phones, tablets etc. I took my iPhone 6 in, it had a smashed screen that they claimed would take 15 minutes to repair. It took 6. I barely had time to read the newspaper article I had started. It was my first visit and hopefully my last, not that the service was bad or anything, just that I don't want to break my phone again. But if I do I now know where to go.”

“Fantastic job done by the people at lovefone, not only did they replace my screen in an hour and a half, but they also replaced the side body which was dented. Out of my hand and back to me in less than an hour and a half, highly recommend!”

“This was the best service I've received ANYWHERE - incredibly quick and efficient for something other companies would have made a huge hoo-ha and smoke and mirrors out of. Incredibly polite, worth the cost and I would come back if I ever had a broken phone in an instant. Hopefully the phone will survive my terrible care though!”

“Very easy to book an online appointment to have my iphone 4 screen replaced. Friendly efficient service, ready in 30 mins as stated. My insurance excess was £35 so decided to use Lovefone as easier than pursuing insurance claim. Would recommend.”

“The Lovefone guys were quick, efficient and did an excellent job fixing my broken iPad screen. I booked an appointment a couple of days in advance on their easy-to-use booking service, then brought in the iPad and they got straight to it. I came back a couple of hours later, my iPad was like new. In passing I asked their advice on a problem with my dropped Macbook Pro - they kindly got took a look and were able to fix that too in just 5 minutes - on the house. Brilliant service - friendly helpful and efficient. Great value for money.”

“Thank you Lovefone I am a very happy customer. I had my iPhone 5s battery replaced and must say it works very good. I was especially impressed when I walked in and was told to come back in 20 minutes. I came back in 15 and it was done. 10/10”
