“I had had a problem with a battery they had used on my iPhone. I called them and they agreed to replace it free of charge (within warranty) on the same day and it took 5 minutes. The guys were friendly and helpful.”

“Phone battery had been running down to nothing in a matter of hours and sometimes cutting out at 20%. Went to lovefone for a battery replacement following recommendations from friends. Was in and out within 15 minutes and now my phone feels like new, lasting a whole day easily on one charge. So glad I got it done it's made such a difference”

“The courteous and efficient staff at Lovefone provide a fast and effective end to end service. We use Lovefone for screen replacement, battery replacements, charging port repairs etc on our corporate ipads and iphones, We use the courier service to collect and return our devices, it is always prompt and we receive regular updates from the courier company regarding the journey of our devices. Our busy user base demands a quick turn around for repairs and Lovefone provide this.”
