“booked appointment online for next day, came, it was done in 20 minutes...and I got a free iPhone case on top of that! ... the only point for improvement - the confirmation for the booking (email and text) came only next morning, so I was not sure almost to the last minute that it was on.”

“It's a cool converted old school telephone box in Holborn. The guy was super friendly and had my phone ready in 20 mins. I explained that part of the screen didn't respond to tapping from another time the screen had been fixed by another company and he made sure the same problem didn't occur again. The price was fab and I got a free case too!”

“Sent my google pixel via royal mail for a screen repair. They were great. Kept me updated and had my phone back less than 48 Hours after I sent it off. Have recommended Lovefone to everyone I know. Will 100% use again, should the need arise.”

“My phone's camera was totally broken and the battery was worn out so it would last half a day. I was going to just get a new phone but decided to see if it could be fixed. They replaced the camera and battery in 2 hour and it feels like a new phone! It lasts 2 days on fully charged battery again and the camera works great! Highly recommended.”

“Really honest and polite service - they opened my phone and laid out what the prizes would be for each operation before asking me to pay or starting any of it. They even recommended other shops who could be closer to me. This level or professionalism and honesty is highly appreciated. Very prompt service, I had my diagnostic in less than 24 hours, and I'm sure if my phone hadnt been a desperate case, would they have had all they could to help. Would recomment 10/10”
