“Great fast safe service!! We are visiting from the US and so we're quite distressed when my son's phone broke. Lovefone totally took care of us! We left the phone with the front desk and were able to sightsee and go about our day. Lovefone picked it up, fixed it, we paid online, and they delivered it back to our hotel. All for the same cost as our warranty would have been back home! The turn around time was only a couple hours. WOW! We were so pleased with the service and felt well taken care of so far from home. Thank you Lovefone!!”

“Great website - very clear, reasonable prices. I was a little nervous at first but I sent my iPhone off to them as instructed on Wednesday afternoon, received an email on Thursday confirming receipt, and just had the phone returned today Friday morning. Well package, all fixed, no marks. Really makes a change to experience such perfect service. Impressed.”

“Great service! Smashed my I phone 5 screen and searched a few places. Love phone had good reviews so went with them. Dropped in and screen was replaced within 30mins. Friendly staff and phone good as new! Would highly recommend then!”

“They are very professional, and deliver a fast service, not sure about the warranty I had a issue with a faulty screen that fell off ( I think they forgot to put the screws in the phone to lock the screen in) the manager seemed to imply it was tampered with it which couldn't quite see his arguement. Couldn't be bothered to argue as the manage seemed very aggressive I was a little embarrassed by their accusation and felt they let their self's down and could deliver better customer service .”
