“Team! An absolute joy and a pleasure to have found LoveFone!!! After a panic search online yesterday morning and seeing that the Google reviews were great I went straight in and within an hour my screen, speaker and mic were fixed. They also updated my software which I've been putting off due to laziness.... legends. Thanks all. Highly recommend!!”

“Extremely impressive operation - very professional and efficient. Although they ultimately weren't able to fix the problem with my phone, I was kept informed about progress and they even let me trial some solutions with the offer of a full money-back guarantee if they didn't prove effective (which was honored without question). Easy to deal with, would highly recommend.”

“We use Lovefone for business use to repair uninsured mobile phones and also personal use when needed. Have made use of several of their services over the years including the very fairly priced courier to/from the office, the walk-in service and have also left a mobile with them and collected later the same day. Never had the slightest concerns with their level of service, the speed of repairs or any issues requiring repaired phones to be returned to them. There are cheaper options out there, but having tried one of those very recently, the phone I had fitted with a 'new' screen now doesn't work properly. Wish I'd taken it to Lovefone in the first place! Keep up the great work. Highly recommended repairers!”

“Called them at 4pm from SW1H and asked if they can repair a phone before 5:30pm as the user needed to catch a flight. They arrived at 4:45 and the screen was fixed by 4:50. Consiering their base is Earls court, the speed of arrival and professionalism of engineer was superb. Will definatley be using service again. My only request, a small one at that, is that a screen protector should come with the service. Its a very cheap item and would have put the cherry on top but you guys done what was asked. Excellent service.”

“Went in to the shop, having booked a time for a screen repair but got there early. Lovefone started work anyway, took about 10 mins whilsy i waited. Not the cheapest screen repairer but you get what you pay for, and would use again without hesitation.”

“Lovely friendly them. Lovely welcoming office. Made sure I was happy with my phone before I left. Instantly recommended to everybody I see with a broken phone. Unfortunately my screen broke or came loose inside due to no fault of my own, or LoveFone's, just the way the world works and I have the worst luck! So I contacted the team and explained my situation and how distressing it was as I was out of the country at the time, however, they reassured me they would fix my phone free of charge and refund partially the original cost! Such a lovely gesture as they understood how important my working phone was to me after the release of my app & project, The Positive Project.
