“I booked a next-day appointment with Lovefone to fix my iPhone which had a broken microphone. I took it along to their West End branch and within 20 minutes my phone was working perfectly again. I can't fault their customer service, speed or value for money. Apple had told me the phone was beyond repair and were demanding £300+ for a replacement. Lovefone are the real Genius Bar!”

“Battery replaced in iPhone at much lower cost than Apple quote and done in very prompt time - I dropped off to the phone box in Holborn and it was ready when I returned half an hour later. All seems to be working fine and I now have much longer battery life. Would definitely recommend.”

“Great service Booked my iPhone in for repair the night before as my wife was going to London , drop the phone off 30 minutes later went back all done , very happy with the price and service as I thought at one stage that I may have to spent 800 pounds on a new phone . Chris”
