“Walk in to the store and was greeted very friendly and they had replaced my shattered iPhone screen and added a screen protector within 15 mineuets. Was super affordable compared to Apple and the screen work and looks brand new.”

“I broke my iphone screen for the second time in a month and I was very lucky to find out about Lovefone and get an appointment to fix it the same day. Not only i loved the phonebooth idea but Juan was awesome and did a great job in about 15 mins. They only use original Apple products and I can definitely tell the difference in the brightness of my screen. Thank you so much! You have definitely earned a new very happy customer :)”

“Booked my iPhone in for new battery, very easy. Received reminder . Dropped phone off , went for coffee, came back and was ready . Didn't have to pay till job was done. Very pleased with Lovephone.”

“Booked an appointment for an iPhone 6 battery replacement, very easily sorted, took phone in and less than 15 minutes later I was out of the shop again! Great service from the staff, highly recommended.”

“This is the third time I've used LoveFone! They fixed an iPod of mine (twice..) a while back and when I smashed my iPhone 6s a few days ago, I immediately used them. Sent on Monday afternoon, arrived on Tuesday morning, screen fixed and sent back the same day, received Wednesday morning! I had put a note to say that if my front camera was damaged, to let me know and I would pay for that too. They called when they'd received the phone to ask for my pin code to check this functionality (only afterwards did I realise you can access the camera without the pin but I don't mind really) and said they'd let me know more later. Called me after after an hour or so to say the camera was fine so no extra payment needed, that the screen was fixed and they would get it sent back to me with a tracking number that afternoon. Received enough emails and calls to keep me updated. Needed my phone for this Friday as I'm on holiday so the quickness of the fix was amazing. The screen looks great to me and I no longer have a line through it from previous water damage! Couldn't recommend them enough.”

“VERY HELPFUL, WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO TRY ALL TO REPAIR MY PHONE, GAVE ME ADVICE ON WHAT TO DO NEXT DUE TO PHONE NOT BEING ABLE TO BE FIXED. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL.”
