“I took my iPhone into Lovefone late on a Saturday afternoon. It had a broken screen. They told me to come back in half an hour. On my return I was presented with my handset Perfectly repaired. Fantastic service”

“Took my phone out of my pocket to find my screen cracked and flickering. Desperately needed urgent repair as i had a flight the next morning so searched google and came across these guys who had a clean and simple website with the price upfront. Rang to make sure it was correct and they confirmed. Left the office at 12.45 got there by 1 and picked it up around 1.30 (after going for some lunch in the area). Extremely corteous staff and i'm very pleased with the speed and professionalism of these guys - they definitely know what they're doing. My 3rd repair in as many years (i know) so i'm sure i'll be visitng these guys again. Very happy, keep up the good work.”

“I went to London on a spontaneous 1-day trip and managed to drop my phone and thus making several deep cracks on my screen. Looked up services offering phone repair and thought Lovefone seemed very decent and had one of the fastest services I could find. Booked an appointment at 4, arrived and was greeted by a friendly face and was told to come back 15 (!) minutes later. I did, and the phone was as good as new for a reasonable price. I can strongly recommend Lovefone!”

“I turned up ten minutes late for the appointment I'd booked after managing to go completely the wrong way to find the shop, and the lady behind the counter was great - there was no problem and she took my phone with its heavily damaged screen away. About fifteen minutes later, she handed me back my phone looking good as new. Super quick, friendly service in my lunch hour, and decent value. I will definitely recommend Lovefone, and use them again if I'm clumsy enough to throw my phone on the floor again!”

“My iPhone screen was smashed but I walked in and they repaired it that day for a reasonable price. They even fixed the sensor issue I had been having with my phone after another company failed to spot it. Great service and very handy location.”

“Fantastic service. I was initially concerned to send in my iPhone, however the staff were very patient and answered any queries I had over the phone. The emailed instructions were very clear. My phone was returned in great working order within 48hrs. I am so pleased and would definitely use Lovefone again. I highly recommend them.”

“The repair is obviously very high quality. My screen was a mess but now there is no way of telling that it was broken in the first place. There was a little bit of confusion when I arrived to pick up my phone as I had initially suggested that I may be coming by the following day, so the repair job had not been completed yet. The guy dealing with my phone was great and got the job done within 15 mins while I waited. Despite receiving a cheaper quote elsewhere for my screen fix, I am very glad that I chose LoveFone, as the quality is excellent. I would definitely return in the future (although hopefully I won't have to!)”
