“It was the quickest no trouble service I’ve ever had. We had trouble finding a place in central London who could replace a Samsung Galaxy S5 LCD screen within an hour. We sent the phone by courier and within 30 mins we had a call it was done. Paid online and the phone was with us within 30 mins. Thank you! Highly recommended!”

“I used lovefone as my iPhone screen had cracked and they were the best value I could find from a quick internet search. I dropped my phone off after securing a booking later that day, the service was very efficient and my screen was as good as new in less than half an hour. I would definitely recommend to others.”

“This small business is a life-saver! Tucked into a corner just behind Warren Street Tube station they have taken care of all my family's devices for almost three years. I drop them in, in various states of brokeness, and they give them back fixed and looking like new. This week they set a new benchmark; since I couldn't wait they completely re-screened and polished up my daughters sad looking iPhone 5c in less than five minutes, and they gave me £5 off! What more can I say...”

“I love this place. The kids dropped my phone a while back and I got it repaired (somewhere else) expensively but it hadn't didn't work properly since which was driving me nuts... The people I originally went to couldn't fix it (the screen sensor didn't shut off when I had the phone to my ear so the buttons still working... Muting calls etc. while I was on a call. SO ANNOYING! ) So I took it into love phone and they diagnosed the problem (poor installation of sensor) and repaired it for free. Then yesterday (couple of months later)... I popped in again after dropping my phone. They repaired it faultlessly while I waited (on their comfortable couch with free wifi), charged me very competitively for the service. Everyone there is also super nice and friendly and sympathetic to the trials of having to operate imperfect devices that aren't immune to breakage. The best place in town for repairs.”
