“The booking process was simple and intuitive. The location is a little difficult to find, but after I did, the person was professional and friendly. And the work was outstanding! Quick and great value. I've had the same type of screen replacement done in other countries, and this experience was much, much better. Well done!”

“I was charmed, if surprised , to find that the ‘office’ was indeed a red phone box ! It was pouring with rain but happily there are lots of coffee shops nearby. The initial estimate for the repair was ten minutes but there was a delay with the part and (as I expected) it took another half hour. The repair seems perfect, the warranty promptly emailed and the price was as quoted. The technician was delightful, polite and efficient. It was a good experience and one I shall recommend to others”

“Visited the store with an appointment for water damage after dropping my phone down the loo!. The guy in the shop opened up my phone and told me that there didn't appear to be any water inside the phone and that treatment wasnt necessary and could be riskier than doing nothing. Great service to advise not to treat as opposed to treating the phone when it wasn't required - as I would not have known there was no water damage to begin with! Thank you for the helpful advice!!”
