“LoveFone provided me the very best service I couldn't imagine in replacing the my Ipad Air screen. I showed it to my brother and he just would not believe I replaced the screen within 2 hours. “Fab service. My iPad had a badly repaired screen and I asked lovefone to try and re-fit - they were happy to do for no charge! Unfortunately they came across a fault, so had to replace the screen at standard charge. Works perfectly. Very easy to deal with - immediate replies to emails and very quick couriers / fix / return. Thanks!”

“Really good service - arrived ahead of my appointment time, but they started work on it anyway and the battery was replaced while I had a cup of coffee round the corner, and very reasonably priced too. I'm thrilled to have my iPhone back to holding its charge fully again.”

“Simply fantastic service. The power button on my phone failed - I called Lovefone and in less than 10 minutes a courier arrived to collect the phone. It feels a bit strange handing over your phone to a stranger but in retrospect it could not have been in safer hands. I received regular email updates to let me know it had been received at the store and the next email letting me know it had been fixed and was on its way back to me. I was and still am impressed at the level of customer service. If your phone is broken, use this company!!!”

“I'm always a bit dubious about getting third-party repairs for phones... but LoveFone have totally converted me. They did a great job at a good price, and the customer service was lovely the whole way through. I've already recommended them to a couple of friends. Thanks guys! If (when) I break my phone again, I'll be back.”

“The service is outstanding. I brought a phone in for a repair thinking the problem was the power button. They changed the button and when discovered the phone was still not powering up they did not charge me for the repair! I had another repair done on another phone and all is working fine. Quick service and friendly staff.”
