“Fantastic service. Best price I found by far but what made it special was the quick turn around and the great service. Called up to check on my phone progress, was reassured it was on the way by the friendly staff. Broke my phone on Saturday and on Tuesday morning I had my phone back shiny and in perfect working order. Bar the weekend this was 48hrs from damage to return. Would highly recommend”

“I recently took my old iphone 6 over to Lovefone for a new battery. They have a turn-up-and-wait policy. But barely had I sat down on their comfortable waiting room chairs, that my phone was ready. Took barely 5 minutes. Top class - very happy and will recommend to anyone. Many thanks!! Adam B.”

“Wow, what a service! We were devastated when our phone was smashed but your service was so amazing, it took away all the upset. Booked the courier, got a call in the morning from a very friendly woman, the courier came in the next hour, and I had the phone back good as new in 2 hours. Such a professional, well organised, helpful wonderful service. I cannot recommend more!”

“Booked that morning, carried out in under half an hour at lunchtime, cheapest one I found in central London. Location is easy to get to from Goodge street, but even if you were useless with directions the texts and emails with the map links were really useful. Plus, there are loads of tasty places to grab a snack whilst you wait. Great service, will definitely use again if I need to!”

“My sons Ipad 2017 was dropped and the screen cracked in many places. Whilst it still worked, several areas were raised and felt sharp. We looked online and found several sites that offered to replace the screen. Lovefone was not the cheapest, nor the most expensive but it was the one we decided to go with. We are so glad we did. We sent it on the Tuesday and received it back, fully replaced on the Thursday. The screen seems to be better than when new and incredibly responsive. I would fully recommend you use Lovefone if you have a damaged screen. They were fast, professional and the packaging on the returned item was superb. Totally recommended”

“The service was quick and the result was very good for a screen replacement, a suggestion to improve the service may be to clean up the phone a bit (all the tape was left around the sides of my phone when collecting), however the job itself was done well. I'll go back for any future issues.”
