“Easy booking, quick and perfect result. Maybe you can get it done for cheaper elsewhere, maybe you can do it yourself, but for peace of mind, convenience and cheaper-than-the-manufacturer price - I'd highly recommend.”

“Good service, professional job. Turn around was fast, picked up by courier and back within 2 hours. Not cheap but not expensive and made fixing the screen on an old iPad 2 viable. Communication was also very good.”

“I have used Lovefone on 2 occasions now, once to change the battery on my IPhone 5 and the second time to replace the screen on the same phone that smashed when I dropped it. My phone, like many others, is my lifeline and I found the levels of service from Lovefone quick, efficient and helpful. The option of having a courier pick up my phone from the office and drop it back a few hours later fixed and ready to go was the icing on the cake. All in all, this is a great service with great staff and good value for money. I would recommend Lovefone to anyone needing a speedy phone repair.”

“Excellent. Apple wanted £206 to fix my phone and couldn't see me for 4 days. Love phone fixed it within half hour of walking in and charged me £34. Brilliant. 5 stars.”

“Great service as usual. I've had iPhone screens replaced here before but on this occasion I needed a new battery. Booked an appointment online, turned up and it was installed and my phone was back working as if nothing had happened within about 10 mins (oh, and it now lasts a lot longer between charges and MUCH cheaper than buying a new phone). Thanks Guys!”

“Efficient, no fuss service. Dropped off the iPad in the morning, did some chores around Town and picked up in the afternoon--they did call as promised to say it was ready. The new screen is still working without trouble. Best value I could find to replace the screen at that time.”

“Amazing service. The battery of my iPhone was extremely worn out. I called LoveFone and booked a courer service in the morning. The courier service came to pick up my phone in the next 40 minutes and returned my phone in 2 hours. The person I exchanged emails with was very prompt in responses. They also provide status update emails for the customers to track the progress of the service. My repaired phone was brought in packed nicely in a box. Amazing service, very professional. And unbeatable pricing!”

“Fantastic customer service at affordable price!!! I turned up at their office 10 minutes before closing time. Even though it took half an hour to fix my phone the guys stayed back to sort it out for me and save me the hassle of coming back another day! Really pleased with their service and transparent pricing.”
