“I was very impressed with the service I received. Your technician was friendly and quick in repairing my screen. I was particularly impressed with how he checked to make sure the image was good, and as he was not satisfied after initially fitting a new screen (due to lines showing up on the screen) he replaced the screen yet again until the image was perfect. I was also very happy that I was able to book a timeslot online before walking to the store, as I knew I would get quick service and not be stuck waiting in a queue. Thanks for your service, I would definitely use Lovefone again.”

“This was the first time I went to a mobile phone repair shop and I am very satisfied with their service. Since I work in the area, I thought I'd give it a try after having struggled with my phone and it's broken power button for almost a year. The were very professional and quick. I was able to pick up my repaired phone after only 40 minutes. they even cleaned out the dirty headphone jack for free. I would definitely use their service again and I've already recommended them to a friend, who has a similar problem with their phone. Thanks again!”

“My IPhone 4S was completely bricked, showing an "Error 29" message whenever I tried to restore it. I took it in to Lovefone and they took it in for a free diagnosis. They called me back about half an hour later to say that it was a problem with the battery, which they offered to replace. This was done within about ten minutes and the phone was back working again. The cost for this was £34 which I found very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone with a problem IPhone.”

“The service was wonderful. Friendly host greeted me and I had my phone back with in 20mins. The quality of my screen since being fixed is great. I wasn't pressured to buy add ons and would recommended this to my friends.”

“Excellent and quick service, with a very high quality of workmanship. I wasn't keen on sharing my iPad passcode though. It would be good to warn customers if this is needed prior to their appointment, so they can ensure any confidential data is secured.”

“An excellent and speedy service. I broke my screen in the morning and was sitting in the shop while the phone was being repaired at lunchtime. Good online booking system too which ensured I could be seen in my lunch hour. I can't recommend lovefone highly enough.”

“This is the third time I've used Lovefone, and as I work in central London am able to take advantage of the pick-up and drop-off service. The courier arrived at the time specified, and my phone was back with me less than four hours later. This service is astonishing, and all for a very reasonable price too (I've no idea how the courier service can be so little extra)! I recommend Lovefone to everyone who has an unfortunate episode with their Phone. Keep up the good work, you go above and beyond! Thank-you.”
