“I have used Lovefone 5 or more times to fix screens, renew batteries, and make various minor fixes to mine and my family's iPhones. They are lovely people, mega efficient, and no iPhone problem has ever been too difficult. By far the best, most trustworthy and easiest to recommend mobile repair service out there. Although their website gives a booking option, I've always just turned up, been served immediately, and been out the door within half an hour.”

“The whole process was fast and efficient, and customer service proved to be good too. I booked an appointment 1hr prior and received a confirmation shortly after. I like how they utilised the old phone booths, where the staff fixed my phone very quickly despite a little bit of hick up initially. He ran some checks to make sure it was working ok, and the phone was looking beautiful as new. Customer service was also very responsive and sincere. Very happy overall!”

“I was able to ask questions via email which they answered promptly. I booked my preferred appointment time online. Convenient location, very quirky phone box in Greenwich. I was a bit early for my appointment but that was no problem some details confirmed and I left the phone and went off for a stroke around Greenwich Market. At the appointed time I went back and my phone was ready. You can pay by card or cash. They definitely do what it says on the tin. Will use them again but hopefully not to soon!!”

“My phone battery was dead and when I came to Apple they didn’t even care to try and fix it, they told me to pay for a bew one or upgrade. So I found out about Lovefone and gave it a try before I spend all of my money on a new phone. I visited the phone booth at Holborn and the staff helped me, even offered to buy me a coffee for the wait time since he didn’t have the battery right there to fix it. My phone is working perfectly now, thank you very much”

“I had a smashed Google Pixel 2 XL screen and after not being able to find anywhere that would replace it, I called Lovefone and they held a screen for me while I booked my appointment. They were pretty quick and efficient and the outcome is great. Thank you Lovefone - lifesavers!”
