“Efficient. Friendly. Helpful. Careful. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or return myself. Nice email to say thank you with a gesture of goodwill included too. Always used apple's own repair service before, these guys were quicker and cheaper and easier to book in with... oh and there was a cat...I don't even really like cats. But it was a nice touch.”

“I arrived at the shop without a reservation and was worried I would have to wait ages before they could take my phone. The guys were so helpful, took my phone straightaway, and repaired my phone in under ten minutes. The repair is amazing, you could never tell that the screen has been replaced. Definitely go to these guys if you break your phone.”

“After I had problems with the first screen replacement (one of the connections was kinked so my battery was draining faster than it should have been), they replaced it completely for free! Even offered to send out a courier (which they would pay for). I wanted to be there when the replacement happened so I went to the store in person, but it was a wonderful gesture, and much more helpful than I've received at other similar places.”

“Replaced iPhone 6 Plus screen and surround. I made an appointment online and didn't get a confirmation so called and they said no problem come on round at the appointed time. I got there early but they started on it right away and 10-15 minutes later all done - like new. Very pleasant guys and obviously know what they're doing. Cheaper than some of the competition too!”

“Very quick & efficient - my 5s battery was changed in only 5mins. The online appointment services works very well. £39 is quite expensive but, I suppose they have to cover the lease of a shop in W1”
