“Excellent service. Arrived at the shop at 3:50pm for 4:00pm appointment to replace smashed iPhone 5 screen. Left at 4:00pm with new screen replaced. Could not ask for a better service. Will definitely use them again.”

“I was very impressed with the quick turnaround time. Literally waited in the instore clinic for 15 minutes and the battery replacement service for my Nexus 4 was all done. Lovefone are also very competitive on price for this service, although the website needs updating as the battery replacement service for this device wasnt even listed as an option and had to enquire whether they did this type of service. All in all, highly recommend Lovefone”

“Really good and quick service. Sent my phone off on Tuesday afternoon, they received it Weds afternoon and I got it back on Thursday morning, screen fixed and everything great. Highly recommended”

“I was desperate after clumsily breaking my iPad Air screen ... Then someone told me about Lovefone. All it took me was booking an appointment online and leaving my iPad at their office to get it back only 2 hours later in a perfect state! It really looks as brand new. Thank you so much for your competent and efficient work!!”

“Fantastic work, they replaced the screen on my ipad and also made good my badly dented chasis. Very prompt and friendly service, overall I'm very happy. The Black Sheep coffee shop around the corner is also worth a mention. They serve great coffee and a cool place to work whilst waiting for lovefone to work their magic. Its almost worth breaking the ipad again for.”

“I always use love phone even though I don't even live in London anymore! I usually use the courier service which is brilliant but this time I went in store and it couldn't have been easier quicker or more efficient and very friendly people. Wish I didn't smash my phone so often but these guys make it all better :)”

“Polite, confident and relaxed service. The work's carried out right there in front of you if you go to the store and the chairs are comfortable :) My dock connector was replaced without fuss and I found the service to be good value.”
