“I've been in to see LoveFone three times over the past few weeks (I really need to buy a case...) and the service has always been excellent - quick, professional and really easy. I was also really impressed that when I had an issue with my battery, which I wasn't sure if it needed replacing or not, they reassured me that if the new battery didn't work they would refund me and give my old battery back. Juliet”

“Struggled to find someone to fix the screen on my IPad and happened upon these people, 1.5 hrs later done deal and half the price of the Apple. Look for them, good outfit, no attitude.”

“Job done quickly and professionally. Normally I'd rather try to fix it myself, but I was away form home overnight and accidentally smashed my screen...these guys sorted it out 2 hours later, on SUNDAY!!! Brilliant! And you get the warranty too”

“Excellent service! My iPhone 5 was fixed within 1 hour!! Usually same kind of work takes a couple of days to around 10 days so I was amazed. The price was fair and I have got impressions that engineers at the lab are skilled people with lots dedication. The lady at the reception was very helpful too. I come back again.”

“This is the second time I have used Lovefone. The first time I booked it in and took it to their West End repair store where they fixed it whilst I waited. This time I used the courier service. Both were quick, simple and resulted in a fixed phone for a fair price. If (when) I need another phone fixed I will certainly make use of the courier service again. All I had to do was arrange a suitable time and put the phone in an envelope. A courier came to my office who took the broken phone to Lovefone and brought it back fixed, all within around 3 hours. The courier they use sends you an email where you can track your phone all the way to the destination. Would (and have) recommend to anyone needing a broken screen repaired on their phone.”

“This is my 3rd time with lovefone. I am a very clumsy customer. Came in at 2 minites to 6 (closing at 6) they not only accepted tbe job but told me to wait and it would be ready in 5 or 10 mins. Phone was really beat up and they fixed it quickly and for a better price than i have been l quoted all over london. Really good flguys will stay open late for you and super pricing given they are based in central london its amazing!”

“I was extremely impressed by Lovefone and have already recommended it to friends. I came in for a battery replacement, which was excellent value for money (both the new battery and replacement included in the price). I dropped my phone off, came back 20 minutes later and now it works perfectly. Payment and booking were simple and straightforward and the staff were really nice and helpful. Could not recommend more.”

“Cracked the front of my iPhone screen at 2am Sunday morning and by 2pm on Sunday I'd make an appointment with Lovefone and had my screen replaced. Their London 'shop' is very well located by Goodge Street station and they offer 30 minute repair Windows, so you can easily complete in a lunch break. The quality of the service was very thorough and at £69 a relative bargain versus Apple (£100+).The service comes with a lifetimes guaranteed which is very reassuring. Have already recommended to someone at work!”
