“Lovefone are amazing. I am not careful at all with my phone and I tend to drop it often. I broke the screen several times and they fixed it in 5-10min. Amazing service, very kind and utterly professional. I cannot recommend them enough”

“I replaced my IPhone batter back in February and after 9 months of use it stopped working . I booked an appointment with Lovefone and the battery was replaced with a new one free of charge and warranty extended . Best customer service a client can wish for!”

“The engineer that worked with me was superb. He was very nice and quick with his contact. My phone had a more complex issue than he could sort out in the office, so my phone was sent off to a lab. Although I had some trouble tracking exactly what was happening to the phone at first, the company was nice enough to partially reimburse me for the slight inconvenience. All in all, I'd still give 5 stars because my phone works perfectly, and management was so nice to me.”
