“I have been a customer for a long time,was sent bag of peanuts all shrivelled up and brown.Made complaint was told to send picture,I'm in my 70s so no idea how to do this and no one to ask,was told no picture no refund or I could send them back at my own expense.I'm a pensioner who loves feeding the birds,I'm so upset by their rude response.”
“They sent me the wrong item. They wanted a photo of the wrong item sent to them by email. They wanted a copy of the packing note sent to them by email. I had to take time out of my day to organize this. This company's incompetence is legendary.
