“After receiving my first order and it not being put together properly I emailed and was told that I would receive a new one in the post. It has arrived today yet again poorly put together and with a bulb broken”

“Cant really give more than average review yet. Ordered over £200 worth of kit 2 weeks ago and it went awol without a tracking number. On the plus side LoveLights have said they'll re-send kit but on the negative side their supplier now doesn't have my items in stock so best case scenario I'll get my lights early next week (over 3 weeks from original order). The lady I spoke with however was very nice and these things do happen so its not all bad! Fingers crossed I receive lights and can update review and add some stars!”

“I've ordered on line and by telephone and both methods were quick and efficient. The item was received quickly and was packed extremely well such that any chance of breakage was highly unlikely. I love the product and will be using Love Lights in the future.”

“I sent an email and subsequently spoke to Lyndsey who was extremely helpful. Although the spare that I needed was not in the Lovelights catalogue, she sourced the part for me directly from the manufacturer and I received it within a few days. A rally good company to do business with and well recommended. David”

“Quality of lights excellent delivery service poor waited 10 days then e mailed to ask where order was, order dispatched the next day received another two days later. I have ordered another light set 6 days ago not holding breath that it will be dispatched soon”

“We are very happy with the lights. The problem that we had was that it took 8 working days for the lights to arrive. I order the lights and received an email stating dispatched. Delivery should have been between 3 - 5 days. After 7 working days I decided to chase up my order. The items were then put on a next day delivery. I know this as when the items arrived they had the previous days date on the invoice. I think that 8 days for a delivery in today's world is far too long.”
