“I found the light I wanted at a good price, online it said it was in stock but after ordering and paying was told it wasn’t in stock and had to wait more than 4 weeks. This was disappointing but live the light”

“First item sent was defective from manafacturer, replacement sent, but took some time to convince them to do this. Replacement was also slightly defective, but easily fixable. Can't really recommend Franklite, but Lovelights are fine.”

“Lack of communication with customer. Being told items ordered are out of stock when they are still being shown as in stock over a week later. Customer told that fresh stock was expected early February but nothing heard by end of February until customer phones and threatens to cancel order. Stock is then found to be available but still takes 7days to be delivered.”

Thank you for your review and i am sorry to hear that you have waited longer than initially anticipated from our first email to yourself. Unfortunately we are in the hands of our manufacturer when items are out of stock and can only advise of dates that we are given by them. The lights were dispatched immediately to yourself once we had received them from the manufacturer and i appreciate this was a little later than the date we had initially been given. Please accept our apologies for this.

“So you wanted a review, here it is. I ordered 2 cable extensions for Cabinet LED lighting 2 weeks ago, these were needed urgently as the kitchen fitter was waiting for them to continue his work. After not showing up after a week he had no option but to improvise and extend the existing cable. After just after a week I got an email telling me that they were dispatched. Not actually any use to me now. It’s now two weeks since I ordered them and still not arrived. Now you want a review of something that has not arrived and is of no use to me now anyway.”

“Was looking to replace Franklite Asti-black broken shades but struggled to get them. Saw these replacement shades (Franklite Buzz) which looked exactly the same. Unfortunately when arrived the "hole" was quite a bit bigger so don't fit. My husband bought some clear washers so have managed to put them on ! Its not Love Lights fault its ours as we should have checked first. Great service from Love Lights cant fault them. Many thanks.”
