“One of the lights orderred was damaged on arrival. Lovelights sent a replacement which was soon deliverred but no tracking information was provided. As we were out when the first attempt at delivery was made it was not sucessfully deliverred until the following day.”

“A nice looking light but the csble is too long and apparently unable to shorten. This results in not being able to elevate as high as one wants but will never want it to be as low as it can go.”

“I FEEL THE TRUE TEST OF A COMPANY IS WHEN SOMETHING GOES WRONG IN MY CASE IT DID WRONG TRANSFORMER SENT. RANG THEM SORTED OUT RIGHT AWAY NEW UNIT SENT. THEN TWO FAULTY LED UNITS AGAIN SORTED OUT IN 1 HOUR REPLACEMENTS ON THE WAY. VERY GOOD STAFF GEMMA AND LINSEY POLITE HELPFUL AND MAIN THING KEPT ME INFORMED. SO THAT TO ME RESULTS IN EXCELLENT TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY WILL I USE AGAIN MOST DEFINITELY”

“The web site is very extensive with lots of variety that would suit all tastes. The shop unit is small but the staff go the extra mile and are very friendly and helpful, I would highly recommend Love Lights”

“The only reason I didn't give a Very Good rating was because I had to chase Love Lights about my order. They did confirm they had been sent so they had to be dispatched again! Apart from that I was very pleased and would definitely purchase from them again.”

“Great customer service. Admittedly, they did have to send a replacement as the first delivery was not packaged correctly and got damaged in transit but it's not entirely their fault. I suspect it was the courier company. They were very pleasant and apologetic when I told them and immediately send a new replacement which came very quickly. Happy with my product and so refreshing to have good customer service when these things happen!”
