“Excellent communication and service , plus speedy delivery”

“I bought lovely wall lights but when they arrived, the colour was totally different to the one displayed on the website. I rang Love Lights who admitted that the website was misleading and told me that they would send me other photos. I never received those and have now installed lights with a brown lampshade, Instead grey which would have matched the room. They are expensive as well.”

“Had great service from Love Lights. I had been waiting for 6 woks for a Sensiopod from another supplier. Phoned Love Lights who checked with manufacture and then gave me a delivery time of just 4 days including the weekend. The item was delivered on time as promised. I will not have any hesitation to use them again.”

“have only used the once items they sell are good there not your normal items but in terms of delivery not great my item didn't turn up when contacted 1 week after [purchasing to ask where it was, said it had been sent but by 1st class royal mail so was unable to track or get a POD, but cant fault them for dispatching another one just hope this one turns up thanks”

“I damaged one shade from a three light ceiling pendant and could not locate a new shade from the supplier from whom I purchased the shade. I telephoned LoveLights and immediately the problem was solved. A new shade arrived at my house 2 days later. This was a quick, easy and professional transaction and therefore I would like to thank LoveLights for the excellent service that they provided. Thank you LoveLights Christine Levitt”

“Very helpful and good value. Prepared to negotiate a little on price if at all possible. Easily contactable by phone and the person I spoke to returned my calls and emailed promptly with photos of the product. Ordered and then received the very next day! Would highly recommend. “We visited Love Lights on three occasions, to select, order and collect our lights. (Different) staff on each occasion were all pleasant, knowledgeable (but willing to check with suppliers if we had queries they weren't sure about, and knew us and our order. They were also very price competitive against several other retailers we had visited. Would not hesitate to visit again for future lighting needs. Attached, our light in place in our nearly finished new garden room!”
