“Over-cabinet light not yet fitted but appears to be of solid construction and neat appearance. If, once fitted, it functions well over the ensuing years, it will have justified this rating. Delivery was reasonably quick but packaging seemed skimpy - only an unpadded plastic bag containing the retail-boxed item which fortunately survived apparently unscathed.”

“Ordered Sensio kickboard lights. Love Lights had the colour I wanted. Ordering was simple and the lights arrived within 2 days which is good service. They are very well finished and look great - thank you.”

“Great price for the Sensio under cabinet lights however the delay in delivery was not what I expected 13 days is too long when waiting for parts espicially when other companies could have delivered next day.”

Hi, Sorry to hear you're not happy with the delivery timescale. I have looked into your order and it was ordered on the afternoon of Wednesday 11th and we dispatched on Thursday 19th. Our delivery timescale states 2-7 working days and your items were dispatched on the 6th working day on a next day service so I am unsure why this has taken longer to arrive with yourself. Please accept our apologies for the short delay however we order items in from the manufacturer and unfortunately our deliveries can be delayed.

“The website suggested a wall light was in stock but subsequently had to order the light. Hence four stars instead of five. Thereafter Lovelights were very responsive to my email queries, very efficient in accomplishing all I asked them to do, and in their carrier who notified us of delivery time and delivered the light well packaged and on time. Would highly recommend this company.”

“Got the product I needed, after searching elsewhere. And it was exactly what I needed. Slightly overdue on delivery, according to the given estimate, but not a big problem, as I had plenty of other things to do on the same project. Good to know where to get things when other companies have failed.”

“Really good customer service. There was an issue with my spotlight delivery but it was down to Sensio not Lovelights. My calls were answered quickly and Lynsey was very polite and helpful and resolved the issue immediately. The spotlights are excellent and my overall experience with Lovelights was very good. I will use them avain”

“My wall light arrived within a week, but with two smashed light bulbs. This was due to a packer error. They were not packed with brown paper or bubble wrap and were loose in a large box. However, in saying that, when I phoned the sales lady she couldn't have been nicer (as she had been when I placed the order), apologising and saying that they would immediately replace the smashed bulbs. They arrived the next day, well protected! So 10 out of 10 to customer services and many thanks for my lovely bathroom light.”
