“The products were fine and they were delivered eventually. Communication with them is difficult as they only responded to my email when I chased them via their supplier. A message left on their phone was ignored. I used two other companies for similar supplies and their delivery and communication were excellent so there are better companies out there than LoveLights.”

“Ordered a fancy lamp. When I started using it on the day it arrived, the lamp turned off after 3hrs and then didn't;t work properly. The people from Lovelights sent a replacement right away. Great customer service.”
