“the lights that we receive were brilliant and just what we wanted. However, it took over a month for them arrive and nobody had the decency to inform us of any delay and we were left having to chase them. A couple of times we called for updates and nobody returned our calls”

Hi, Please accept our apologies for the delay in receiving your order, an email was sent to yourself advising of the delay with the items and this was forwarded across again to you when you informed us that you had not received this. Calls were returned and messages left with different members of staff so please accept our apologies if messages were not passed across to yourself, we do try to endeavour to inform all of our customers of any delays so please once again accept our apologies. “The items ordered were exactly as described and came quickly. Unfortunately our electrician gave us the wrong details so some of the items were incorrect. We rang customer services. A very helpful young lady sorted out the problem and sent the replacement order very quickly, and didn't charge us the difference in the price - RESULT. Well pleased with LoveLights, will gladly recommend to all.”

“WOW, what a company! I was having a bathroom fitted and unfortunately broke the sensor while trying to move it to a different position on an illuminated mirror. The manufacturers quoted me 7 days to send a replacement. The bathroom installers were due to finish in 3 days. I contacted Love Lights and spoke to Gemma who said she could get the part from the manufacturers and forward to me within 2 days!! The sensor arrived in time for the installers to fit. Well done Gemma, you are a great ambassador to Love Lights. Thank you.”

“Be sure you read the fine print. Even though the info sheet in the box says a driver is included, guess what. It’s not. Check your product prior to getting an electrician to install. You have been warned.”
