“I had seen these light fittings elsewhere locally but I needed 3 wall fittings and there weren't enough in the shop so I was pleased to be able to order them online and have them delivered to my door free of charge!”

“I was looking for some replacement globes for a light which I was finding it difficult to get. The staff at Love Lights obtained them and kept me up to dated throughout and at very reasonable cost. Excellent, Love Lights will be my first point of call in future. Thanks vey much.”

“When I ordered the lights they were marked in stock on LoveLights website and the lead time was 3-5 days. Well I received them after 10 working days. They were more expensive that other suppliers. The reason I order them was the short-ish lead time. Customer service experience : I called 2 times and they assured me it will be with me on the next day of my calls. Didn't happened. Them lights delayed my project and I had to send builders away! I don't recommend Love Lights.”

“The communication was good but it would be helpful to be able to track your delivery as 3 to 5 working days is a long delivery window .I appreciate that free delivery will result in long delivery times. The table lamp and shade I bought are beautiful very high quality and I would definitely use Lovelights again”
