“The worst experience with customers service ever. I got a voucher to use for holidays. - it's a nightmare - you not able to use with in the shops, on theirs website you faster won on lottery than find what you interested in. When you email they will reply with one sentence sending you back to website or adive to call - no one pick up the phone!!! Call 7 times and wait more that 10 min - its sounds like it's their said way to scam customers on phone bills. Ridiculous not aprochable, usless and not existing customer services.”

“Exploiting customers during a pandemic with vouchers expiring as customers could not use them due to the high street being in lockdown & closed for months on end.
Love2Shop not only creamed the money off customers expired vouchers but deprived the high street of much need money. Not a company I would be proud to be part off snd certainly not a company I will deal with it recommend.

“Definitely stay away from this company. It's a cashgrab. They prey on people not using it fast enough before it expires. HAppened to me. I was saving it to use over Christmas and what do you know? the Cash "expired". so my company's gift basically just ended in their bank account. Makes for a terrible experience. We are definitely not going to use them again. .. Good luck if you do. PS: Many of the stores are limited too.. so you have to hope your store is on their "platform"”
