“I have purchased several items now from Aroma, 1 for myself & 5 for others. I have ordered online & by phone. The parcels arrived extremely well wrapped & protected, the products are great! Two were guts for new homes & the recipients were highly delighted. Very ornate beautiful gifts. Great customer service. I will be purchasing more from this company , thanks guys ????”

“Item never received. Ignored for days and promised another order which never materialised. Back to being ignored, and nearing a MONTH since I placed my order. Absolute sham of a company, stealing money and no clue about customer service. Unbelievable.”
