Just had holiday cut short by current crisis. Lockdown on 3rd day of "holiday". Hotel CLOSED on 8th day of 14Day trip and I had to book into and pay for alternative hotel. No contact from LH at all. TUi were great in the crisis and got us back home. Have used LH many times. NEVER AGAIN. Trying to find out how to get some of my money back. Use a proper company- shame about Thomas Cook, at least they held up their end when they went bust in resort. Yes I was in Turkey when that happened!!

I have been trying to contact LoveHoliday for over 4 weeks now with no reply or answer to my question on my refund. The airline Jet2 has refunded my flights back to LoveHolidays who still haven’t given me the money back. This can’t be legal as their holding my money and not giving it me back after they have been refunded themselves!

Wouldn't use this company again. Other travel agents are processing refunds but this company is deliberately picking who they want to refund. Only key workers are being refunded but everyone else gets a credit not to use for a new booking that has inflated prices. Put your hard earned money into a different trusted travel agents.

Yes I booked with LH, they left me no choice other than to cancel my whole package, there was no option to cancel flight. I also left messages, to be bounced back from Inresort. Phone numbers are useless so is live chat, No one cares. So Basically I had to cancel whole package because they did not get back to me, after Airmalta said that I am due for refund. I paid £100.00 pounds to cancel. when the money is take they get back to you straight away. The very next day. and they have closed my case. what about the flight money I paid for Airmalta £356.00 there not having it ceased flights, I'm not having the flight money. So who's keeping my flight money then? they so they care for us. not so! It's a disgrace yo

My story is the same . I should be in Crete now with accommodation booked with LH. I booked my flights separately with Jet2 and my refund with them is being processed. However trying to get a refund on my accommodation is impossible as only option on the ‘my bookings’ section on website offers either ammending existing booking to another date or accepting a credit note. Neither is acceptable to me as we now desperately need the money back. Phone lines shut down, live chat is non existent and no reply to any of my 5 messages left on their website. Unfortunately my insurance company will not refund as they say that a credit note is seen as a refund. Terrible customer service and I will certainly never be using LH again.

booked my Holiday full package, £2,620. I have paid the deposit. £700. Split that in 2x one payment was taken out £155 and then the next payment which was last month £545. Before taking out my second payment i emailed them to ask about what will happen to my Holiday regarding the COVID-19. I had a bounce back email saying message undelivered. Although after a couple of weeks i recieved an email saying my money sill be taken out automatic. So when i tried contact them again i had no success. But when it comes to taking out money they do remind you. Sh***t company dont even answer your calls. They say they have a live chat which is bullsh**t. I am not happy at all with this service. VERY VERY VERY DODGY COMPANY WITH CRIMINALS AT THE TOP (IN REGARDING BOSSES) please be aware of this company that these people they want to steal money from innocent people. Later on when they do 100 thousands billion, they go off bankrupt. So please be aware very organised crime. How can the employees not give there names to customers as to introduce themselves. As i have read some of these innocent people reviews. Very RUDE ans DISRESPECTFUL!

Absolutely horrendous service we had… Absolutely horrendous service we had our holiday cancelled due to covid19 they offered me vouchers and told me to contact airlines who again offered vouchers I refuse these vouchers and want my money back . I tried online chat but every time I go onto it they end the chat as soon as I mention my money . I've had no response what so ever .and I certainly wont be using them in the future either. My advice is stay away from the company . No emails no calls no nothing from them .I just want my hard earned money back

I echo what others say, as I've had the same experience. I booked a trip to NYC with my son for is spring break (hotel and flight). With COVID-19, the trip was canceled/postponed for obvious reasons. I tried to reach them for 2 weeks before the trip, all the way to the day of. No answer, no response. Luckily the hotel answered and changed our reservation, and Delta Airlines answered and gave me full credit to rebook our flight. Almost 2 weeks after the trip, I get a vague and illiterate response from loveholidays. Pretty bad time to have horrendous customer service and bad communication to customers.

We were due to go our family holiday today for my 40th birthday, can’t get in contact any way with love holidays..... can’t believe how they are treating their customers... can’t get through on phone live chat is non existent and no contact from them what so ever. Sad times for everyone and they are treating customers in this way!

hi I would like to warn everyone about this travel agency, in connection with the CoVid-19 virus I tried to contact them to cancel my holiday. After a few days of trying I finally got through and here a surprise some guy starts telling me fairy tales that everything is ok and I can go with my family to the other end of the world to rest and enjoy the sun, so I explain to him that the country in which I change to the destination country has already closed the borders and I will not go anywhere, besides, I was in the main office of the airlines in London and you were very surprised that I come to them with this problem, but she was kind enough and tried to explain everything and what turned out, my holiday lines sold to another travel agent you from the railroad again they are sending to Love holidays and they just have me somewhere. But the guy on the phone claims that it will explain and will call me, which means it is already 10 days. Phone mail. pseudo live chat no longer works, no one answers, total disregard and mockery of the customers.

Do NOT trust them. I've used Love Holidays for many years, this being my 10th holiday booked either by myself/my husband. During this COVID-19 crisis they have really shown that they cannot be trusted and have treated customers so terribly. My package holiday to Turkey was cancelled, they still took the outstanding direct debit from my account 2 days ago when the holiday had been cancelled. I contacted Mark Araneta from their finance team who told me to contact Easyjet for a refund, and completely ignored informing me about the other funds for my hotel and transfers! I contacted EasyJet and they told me that Love Holidays should be refunding me, as the package was booked through them. I emailed this back to Mark from the Finance Team, and guess what...HE IGNORED MY EMAILS. Also, when you try to contact them on their online chat, they disconnect you as soon as you ask them about a refund! They are a bunch of liars and show no loyalty to customers. When this crisis is over in a few months time, they have completely ruined their relationship with customers and will forever have a bad taste in people's mouths!
