They will not give me a refund after they cancelled my holiday. The communication has been non existent. When I got through on chat they avoided answering my questions and were suspiciously slow in doing so. Screen shot it all and will pursue getting monies owed, Two attempts at contacting them and each time told I would receive an email but didn’t say when. I will never use this company again.

Breaking law by breaking there contract with customers, not giving refunds, terrible and rude customer service. Will never ever book with this company again absolutely scamming hard working people out of there money, ATOL protected but customers aren’t seeing any refunds going into there bank?

Our holiday to Tenerife was due to start on March 28th. Money paid to Ryanair is being refunded. However Love holidays won't refund us the rest. Instead they have only offered for us to put back the holiday or choose to rebook for next year with a voucher. Absolutely shocking they're not offering a refund. We will definitely not use them again and will make sure everyone we know not to use them.

We are booked Love holidays for Malta 29th April from Cardiff with Ryanair flights , for two , I stupidly let them take £63 two weeks ago now al this wish I’d never allowed it so they already have £150 and are due to take £338 on the 15th april but I’ve stopped my debit card transferred most of money so they won’t get it as for Ryanair don’t get me started on them - all want money don’t care about customers

I booked our holiday In November, paid in full. Nearly £9,500. We're due to fly on the 1st April. Apart from the generic 'don't call us' email they sent to everybody. I have heard nothing since! Spent the last week emailing (they bounce back) calling (never had an answer yet) and as for the web chat... Never chatted yet! My booking hasn't been cancelled on their site. They have absolutely robbed everybody blind! I hope they don't survive this as a company, other companies are contacting their customers and refunding or rebooking holidays, they deserve to survive this, and I will be using them in future.

I booked and paid for a package for a long weekend break in Spain, hotel, transfers, flights and car parking at airport all thru Love Holidays, first time I've used them. All was good right up to the point where Coronavirus started impacting travel. I got a few form emails basically saying "don't call us we're busy, we'll contact you nearer your flight date". Never called, no contact Then our outbound flight got cancelled. Still nothing from LH. Luckily their last "don't call us" email told us to go on their website and update the booking with "Flight cancelled" and they'd refund the holiday. Never happened. So I'm now a week after I was supposed to fly and they have made no effort to contact me by phone, email or post in that time. They have just pretended me & my holiday just didn't exist. I have repeatedly tried to contact them, via phone, chat and message through inline booking, mainly to.be ignored. I have only succeeding on a couple of occasions in getting an online chat, nothing else. First chat dumped me when I started asking when the refund was going to be made, second was more helpful and i actually had someone call me. At this point it became clear their email was rubbish and I'd have to cancel the flights myself with the airline ("ots in our t&cs"). Ive done this but can't get any response from LH at all now. They seem to have shut their emails down so they bounce back and terminate live chat when you start asking questions. I have now had to raise a resolver complaint and start a section 75 on my credit card as LH won't speak to me. They have also started making our that the Package Travel Regs have changed and they no longer have to give refunds, which is a lie. Aldo in the t&cs they are so fond of quoting at me, if the holiday gets cancelled by anyone but mr, they shouks refund me, which they are now trying to wriggle out of. I have now realised I have been taken for a ride by a company that has no compunction in taking peoples money and appears to have little intention of giving it back regardless of the rules and regulations that govern the industry, and that I thought gave me protection. Shocking. I have now emailed the CEO but I'm not holding my breath for a response. Looks like im going to have to pursue the s75 or small claims court case as they wont engage in dialogue at all. Given my (And it appears a large number of other people's) experiences I wouldn't currently recommend touching this company with a barge pole.

loveholidays are scamming people tried to transfer voucher to holiday im still paying was told only covers new bookings .voucher not used by 31st july cash will be paid but they can change date to suit themselves ripping people off T&Cs say full cash refund will check with legal friend

NO REFUND!!! UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY! Barely any communication after Covid-19! If it wasn’t for EasyJet cancelling our flights 3 days prior - and hearing about Covid-19 on the news and the Italian Government warning against travel - we would never have known we couldn’t travel. Nothing from Love Holidays. NOTHING!! Shocking! Quick to take our £1,300+ though! EasyJet refund was simple and quick - but unfortunately the money went directly to Love Holidays! They have OUR money, but won’t refund us. Minimal online communication. Once you mention REFUND they tell you to contact your insurance company and then end the online conversation! DISGUSTING! Don’t book with them. They deserve to cease trading ...! No aftercare service whatsoever!

shocking! no proper communication to inform us and what's happening. phone lines closed! the live chat very hit and miss, and mixed messages once on there. just keep getting told to wait and itll be any day when someone contacts me. still nothing!!! and cuts off when u mention refund. I will never use love holidays again. no respect for customers!

Will not respond to my request for a holiday that they have cancelled due to coronavirus. They are even trying to take more money off my card despite telling me I cannot travel, unethical and unlawful

I agree with the customers that the Loveholidays is a terrible company! They have taken thousands and thousands of peoples hard earned money already! What a terrible decision it was to book holiday’s through this company. The whole country, all world is in crisis and they keep taking people’s money during these tough times!!! I cancelled my holidays because Covid-19 affected our family by being unable to work and be in a stable financial situation. It was supposed to be a refund but instead we received a cancellation invoice with “£0.00 refund”, an outstanding balance and monthly payment that is more than £672 will be taken from the bank account in few days!!! This money would be very useful to us during this tough time. I have been advised to contact Ryanair to get a refund for the flight. Why do I have to do that??? It's not my responsibility as you and your company take the money for my “holiday package”!!! Shame on all of you at “loveholidays”!!! I definitely agree with all the negative reviews here! Just believe that their priority is definitely themselves, not the customer which should never be the case anywhere but yet, it is for this company. I believe that we will get out of this crisis and we will travel again, but NEVER EVER with this company again!!!!

Total and utter scum ,breaking the law and refusing to refund holiday makers .i hope they go out of business after the way they have treated customers they don’t deserve any government bail out but do deserve prison. they are not giving refunds at all !

I totally understand it is a busy time for you all and through circumstancees woth coniv -19. It's not easy, however your customer care to us have been far from good. Yesterday we got told through the online customer service chat that we can not get out money back, but we will get voucher which we can redeem any time, only valid for 1 year, to which we where adviced NOT to claim the voucher until we want to go away as it is only valid for 1 year..., I was told our final holiday payment has also been cancelled and would not be taken from our account .. however today surprisingly the remaining balance was taken from our account, I have been speaking online to a agent (again as you cannot actually speak to a human) who quite frankly is appalling, and we are told because we haven't redeemed our voucher online the final payment has to be paid.... we where not told this yesterday.... Unable to actually speak to a human...... agents take 15 plus minutes to respond to one message...... far from acceptable The communication throughout had been shocking, By law and in their own T&C we are entitled to get out money back ...... This will go further and we have seemed legal advice to claim back out money.... This shouldn't be happening,

I can only echo what everyone else is saying. Rude online chat refusing to offer a refund. Posted link to the Abta website which actually says they should offer a refund. Refused to give me a manager to speak to the cut me off. Sounds to me like this company is going under. Will have to try a credit card claim

Ignored totally, an supposed to travel Sunday, as for the refund voucher, they lying through they teeth.... no refund you will just be bullied , they probably be bust by then. Never ever use this company, shocking and will rob you blind. NO REFUND MADE so will they stop pretending to do so.
