Why is it impossible to contact this company? I received an email saying my holiday had been cancelled and to log into the manage my booking section to see the options available. When I tried to do this it now says my name and booking reference don't match. It was working fine when I was still paying the monthly installments but since the balance has been paid in full I can no longer log into my account. Can't contact anyone as phone lines have been turned off, emails go unanswered and live chat ( according to Love Holidays the only way to contact them) just continuously says it's busy. I realise they must have many customers affected by cancellations but to offer only one line of communication is ridiculous. How they are still receiving 5 star reviews is beyond me. Perhaps those posting them could give the rest of us an insight as to how they have managed to get in touch with this company. This is the first and last time I will be using Love holidays and would not recommend them to anyone.

I booked through them this year, cancelled my hotel in March; I was told that I would have a full money refund before I was due to be on holiday. Since then I haven’t heard from them- holiday would have been taking place now!!!! Live chat - is a joke!!! All day it says ‘busy’ - all day everyday. No other way to contact them!!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL!! Be sensible and book with a company that allows you to contact them! They do not reply, I could email, call or live chat. I still have got my refund!

Unable to contact no email, live chat doesn't work, unable to contact by phone. They don't respond to messages left in my booking. Waiting 2 months for a refund and Loveholidays still kept my money even if they received it from airlines.

Again, 1 star is generous for this company. I have resorted to filing a complaint with ABTA, now seeking legal action for my refund. Booked an holiday in May 2020, cancelled due to Covid-19, love holidays are a poor company, zero respect for customers, zero communication (mostly automated) stating they will only refund my holiday once flights have been refunded, this i have had to chase two seperate companies down (ryanair who are just as bad!), still no refund as of today, claims to put me into a refund que! Alode of rubbish! The web chat is non-existant, the TC number was dismissed from the moment Covid-19 put the UK into lockdown! In otherwords we cant be bothered to answer your calls, wait in chat and we will deal with your request (who then only deal with 48hour holiday cancellations), continue to regenerate holiday vouchers which i have insisted i do not wish to acceptx had to cancel these twice so that it does not delay the refund process, several emails sent... again ignorant. Already unlawfully be entered into a no consentual agreement when clicking onto an attachment for a previous holiday which was cancelled in March, resulting in me accepting a love holidays voucher which i point blank refused. Hence, refusing to even entertain this voucher and the poxt £50.00 good will gesture! Always booked with love holidays ###### I would never book with this holiday again! I mean nevwr again!! Its not Covid-19, stop using it as an excuse, its you! You ignorance towards you customers needs and only bothered about self profit! Sort it out before you fold!!!! Its not rocket science!

1 star for this company is generous. Do not book a holiday with Love Holiday. They take your money and that's it effectively. Zero communication and I mean ZERO !/ terrible customer service. My advice, book with someone else!

Holiday booked with Love Holidays 30th May had already paid flights and transfers but balance due £900 due to Covid had to cancel. Got email from BA to say if Love Holidays requested would refund my flight money so I emailed over and over phoning no reply so had to resort to using my travel insurance which of course didnt get full flight money so out of pocket big time. This is a company that cant even be bothered to look after their clients - would never book with them again they are disgraceful

Avoid this company. They clearly do not care about their customers. If they did they would ensure they dealt with cancellations and refunds in a way which gave customers confidence. Instead they choose to ignore customers. Hopefully customers will ignore them when we all get back to normal!

Avoid this company at all costs, they have taken away contact via phone / email and their live chat does not work! They take money despite knowing the holiday has been cancelled and do not contact you. This is a shambolic company and would urge never to use. They are borderline fraudsters, taking money for service they know they cannot supply not sure how they get away with it, they definitely need looking into!

Cant give zero.... what a total disgrace, I have received confirmation from Jet2 that my flight money has been refunded to Love Holidays (Scum Holidays) messaged multiple times and just being totally ignored. Be warned they are a total disgrace to the holiday industry, The sooner they go bust the better then I can claim my return direct from ATOL... I'm sure they are looking for a clever insolvency exit, cant see how ANY business can recover from the reviews on this site. A little balance sheet info, just so you don't begin to feel sorry for them Net Worth 14,136,000 Working Capital 13,499,000 Yeah that's millions!!! Scum

I cancelled my holiday at a “cost to me” in March, the holiday would have been cancelled, as was due to go to Italy on July the 17th. I have had no refund even though there site states 3/5 days. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY,you simply cannot contact them.

We booked our holiday and have paid nearly £ 2000 back in may can't get hold of anyone at all we are not rich we need the the money back now if they do not get back in touch will contact a solicitor they are utterly useless

We were due to fly on 14/07/2020, our flights have been cancelled by Ryanair, who contacted us directly to let us know, as this is due to Covid 19. However I have tried every avenue possible to contact Love Holidays to no response or no one available. No customer service phone lines available. Not able to do live chat, no follow up on emails, just nothing. This is just NOT acceptable. All I want is some information & options. I won`t be using this company again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ,I have booked holiday with them , I half money back still wait for plane tickets refund but they do not care at all since April . I have sent them a lot of messages , no emails, no phones they have been closed they live chat . I can not have refund by myself , they have to do that but this company is hopeless. STAY AWAY FROM LOVEHOLIDAYS .

DISGUSTED + DISTRAUGHT, OUR HOTEL CLOSED BUT RYANAIR FLIGHT SCHEDULED FOR 5TH JULY FROM SCOTLAND? YET GOVERMENT ADVICE IS NOT TO GO ? BUT I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR 2 WEEKS TO GET THROUGH TO LOVE HOLIDAYS TO FIND OUT WHAT WE DO ON THE ONLY OPTION AVAILABLE -LIVE CHAT -HAVE TWICE GOT CHATTING AFTER 140MINUTES CONNECTION + ONE TIME "WALTER" TOOK MY FULL QUERY + THEN CUT ME OFF + NO RECORD OF THIS ON MY MANAGE BOOKING PAGE BUT I HAVE SCREEN SHOTS + I'VE WRITTEN TO HEAD OFFICE ETC TO NO AVAIL -NEVER EVER TOUCH LOVE HOLIDAYS OR RYANAIR EVER AGAIN

Avoid this company at all costs, they have taken an unauthorised payment for a holiday i booked before march, I just paid the deposit on instalments, each time they took a payment they advised well before by text and email that they were taking it! when the lockdown came into force their website said not to worry they would not be taking any payments and would advise customers before their departure date it also advised that holidays that were cancelled by the customer they would not get a refund so i did not cancel at the time, my holiday is due 12th July in Tenerife, on Sunday 21st June, Love holidays took £879 from my account, leaving me with no money to pay my rent or my bills, I was not notified that they were going to do this, I am also out of work due to the covid epidemic. An absolute disgrace, I tried to call them but their phone lines are now automated saying no longer taking calls, no luck from life chat and they have not replied to my email

Absolutely shocking customer service and will never book with them again. due to fly out on the 1st in TWO days, holiday was cancelled today after yesterday they sent us a confirmation email, the hotel was open and flights both going ahead so we paid £200+ extras after paying £1100 in total for a holiday for it to be cancelled, given no reason, no form of contact just an email and then options are a credit note and thats only for £750 of the booking, absolutely devastated the flights are still going ahead, we dont know where we stand and no one will contact me or get in touch. disgusting company, handled this situation shockingly.

Will not use Loveholidays again. Have been trying to get answers, updates & advise for weeks & help to change dates for my holiday on 9th July as don't feel safe to travel. Loveholidays take no responsibility & inform me to deal direct the airline, when it's Loveholidays I've paid! The airline (Ryanair) are just as bad, they do not reply to emails, have hours waiting time on live chat & have huge fees to change dates, they will not offer voucher & do not help in any way. Loveholidays even still charge their cancellation fee when we had no choice but to cancel ourselves & loose the money already paid. Both companies were unhelpful, not understanding of the difficult current situation & put their profits before peoples health & lives!!! Will never use either company again!!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Booked a 2k+ package holiday with them prior to Covid-19. I was unable to travel due to Covid-19. I was due to depart 2 months ago and have still not received a refund from them. Initially they issued a statement saying they would not issue any refunds (illegal) and we were advised to contact our airline and hotel independently. They then said they would only give credit rather than monetary refund (illegal). Eventually they allowed us to apply for a full cash refund which we did and was told the money would be in our account in 30-60 days. After this time the money had not appeared and we received another email saying only the hotel would be refunded to us (illegal). I am currently sat in an online chat queue (the only way to contact them since they disabled their phone line), I have been in this queue for two hours and have just had a notification that someone will speak to me in 61 minutes time. Disgusting customer service, trying to avoid their legal obligation to their customers. I will never book with them again.

When is someone going to take enforcement action against this company they are treating their customers with utter contempt. I was booked to go to Salou with my family on 07/07 I was informed by the airline JET2 nearly four weeks ago that my flight was cancelled and that I would be refunded . Since this their has been no communication from Love Holidays and you cannot get hold of them by phone, email,webchat if you direct message them on Twitter it’s ignored. In the past few days they have taken the final balance from my credit card and guess what the hotel we were going to is closed at the rate they are going this will end up in the small claims court I am owed nearly £2,500 pounds.
