No way of contacting them had flight money refunded but not hotel refund which they said I would get no answer to emails and live chat a complete waste of time holiday was 1st June used them last few years with no problems but never again had to give them 1 star but they don't deserve any.

Same lies different day, refuse to acknowledge there is a problem. They do not communicate via email ignore messages in the inbox. Take money even when your holiday is cancelled and generally pass the buck where they can.

Never again. Due to fly monday have heard nothing from them . Only I went into manage my booking its saying holiday cancelled and contact airline directly to change dates. Strange thought they are letting me book the same hotel if I start a new booking!!! Only cancelling full holidays up to 5th july but I'm due to travel at 6am on 6th. No way of contacting them. They will not be in business much longer with how treating people

Poor customer service. Don't respond to emails. Cannot get hold of them. I booked a package holiday. My flights are cancelled and the hotel is not opening this year but inspite of me repeatedly emailing they won't confirm whether my holiday is cancelled and I will get a full cash refund.

They do not communicate or reply to emails, direct messages or twitter. Disgusting wait time for live chat and no reply on the phone.

My hotel is closed for the rest of the year , no correspondence from love holidays at all !! Disgusting the way they are selling a package Holiday and insisting your not entitled to a refund on flights . Bankrupt them , they don’t deserve future holidays booked with them

Complete and utter shambles of a company robbing customers of their hard earned money and leaving them with parts of packages and other parts unavailable or cancelled no communication or correspondence from so called staff you should be able to give zero stars this company should be made cease trading!!! Do not use this company

Atrocious company. Have sat on my money knowing full well a) my hotel is not opening b) we are not allowed in Greece c) my airline has refunded them a month ago. Will never use this company again! Ever

This holiday company are a bunch of crooks. They switch their phones off, won’t answer email, ignore resolver and WONT refund your money. They lie and lie but we’re happy to take your money. Never ever have I been treated like this by a company and I will never use again. Been waiting for my money since March, we are now in July and nothing!

PLEASE complain to ABTA - it is easy to do. Insist on your flight refunds from Loveholidays as it was a package -THEY booked the flights and whether or not they have got it back from the airline is irrelevant - your contract is with LH. Also use RESOLVER. If ABTA staff do not deal with your issue in a timely manner, go to a manager.

Our holiday was due on the 18th may,, it was cancelled , were told we would get our refund when they got the money back from easy jet , they have had the money from easy jet , but still no refund ,,,

Absolutely disgusting customer service. We are due to go to Crete in 10 days, we received an email from jet2 a couple of weeks ago saying the flights were cancelled. We have not heard from love holidays and have tried messaging them but had no answer and no other means of contact. Jet2 have emailed again saying they will refund in a couple of days. We are concerned they will refund love holidays as we booked as a package and did not pay jet2 direct. My niece booked A package holiday with jet2 And was due to go 21st July she has already had a full refund. We will never use love holidays again.

Love Holidays is a Bogus, Deceptive , Manipulative organization. They have promised a refund for the past 4 months in regards to a covid-19 cancelled travel. They have NO customer service, and the chat is all but non-existence. To add insult to injury they are actually taking on more live booking's from new customer's in-spite of no confirmed travel is available. I really hope ATOL is paying attention to the practice this organization is presenting.

Absolute Shambles... Completely understand that there is a Pandemic however Website states that holidays have been cancelled. I have not received any sort of contact such as an Email or Text. Cannot get in contact with anyone, being trying for nearly 3 weeks pretty much every day. Live Chat not working plus now cannot even log into ‘Manage my Booking’.

No phone. No internal messages. No email. How are you all (those of you leaving 5 star reviews on Trust Pilot...) booking holidays right now?????? Non existent customer service, nobody has replied to me via "chat". Its been 2 months since my first of many "chat" messages. I hope LoveHolidays go under.

No communication with each other or their customers. I'm due to fly in 6 days my hotel is closed they have not offered me an alternative or refund only offered to up the price. Law breaking disgusting excuse for a company do not deal with these people!!!!!
