The company refunded the hotel accommodation but have since refused to refund the flights, stating that they’re non-refundable and the flight was never cancelled, all after sending numerous emails since August 2020 stating that they would pass on a refund for flights once received from the airline.

Booked a package holiday but cant go because of pandemic they say we have to contact airline to get flight refunds 2 airlines!! Easyjet there Ryanair coming back, we have to fill a form in attach photo copies of passports, proof of address ect , they ( love holidays) should do this not us!! We have spent 5 hrs trying to sort it still not there yet!! Absolutely disgusting.

Disgraceful company, will NEVER book with them again , hope they go bust. How is it legal that they have refused to refund so many customers for the full package holiday process? Just terrible.

loveholidays service is absolutley disgraceful. They have refused to give me a refund for flights yet the airline they booked the flights with has refunded them the money and cancelled the flights. They have left me £300 out of pocket. What a scam of a company. Taking peoples money and keeping it.

I had booked with Loveholidays for a couple of years prior.. and all was great..until you have a problem and you are fully entitled to a refund. . Then your waiting over 12 months for them to chase the 'finance department' and they are a nightmare ... to the point of NEVER AGAIN

11 MONTHS OF TRYING TO OBTAIN A REFUND FROM A PACKAGE HOLIDAY AND THEY LIE AND SAY IVE BEEN REFUNDED DIRECT FROM AIRLINE!! STILL NO REFUND AND WILL NEVER USE AGAIN. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE OF A COMPANY. BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE IN 40 YEARS OF TRAVELLING!!!!!

An absolute bunch of lieing thieves, they take your money, cancel your holiday and do not refund all you have paid! Either deliver the goods or refund people - simple business practice 🤔
