Three hours waiting to get on chat line as no reply to email.and no phone line...was 500 in line eventually got through to rene Explained the situation only to be cut off Frustrating isn't the word Horrendous service

I just wanted to write a review as we have received great customer service from Love Holidays. We were due to get married in July this year in Cyprus but now can’t and they have very quickly changed us to July next year. Did not charge an amendment fee and got our hotel for £119 cheaper. Was all done quickly and efficiently. Very pleased and would use them again

Booked the past 3 years. Excellent service. Flight from USA fantastic even though the company Thomas Cook went bust. Booked up for next year but cannot get through to speak to them. Obviously busy. So, hopefully my holiday will go ahead.

We booked a holiday through love holidays to Turkey, but the day we were due to travel Thomas cook went through. Within 72 hrs love holidays had given us a full refund no fuss no hassle excellent service and would recommend this company. Thank you love holidays excellent service.

Had our outbound flight booked with Thomas Cook 28th September and I cannot fault Love Holidays.... they acted extremely quickly and luckily they found a alternative flight which was booked and emailed over to us within hours of Thomas Cook going into administration. Just want to say thank you for a great service, i can imagine this being a stressful time.
