Ordered my boots 7 Oct. Nothing since then. Messaged them 2 weeks ago: we will update you". Was chasing them for another week. Answering very slow, short and unfriendly. Don't even apologise. Overall - very unfriendly, rude and slow. Stay away from them.

item arrived damaged escalated claim to their manager who refused to deal with this complaint raised manager refused to advise who their regulating body is and now ignoring my emails also refused to cooperate with a data request this has now been sent to the ICO investigation pending please avoid

Ordered a pair of running shoes 13 days ago (marked as "Available now") and they shipped it only today! The expected delivery date indicated on the website was 21th August (today is 2 september). I contacted customer service and they just replied "Hi, the order has not yet been shipped. You will receive notification once dispatched.". I will no more shop in this store, they are not ready for ecommerce

My order hasn’t arrived, I ordered it 1 month ago. I send many emails asking can I get a refund as I still haven’t received it. I resend it many times and yet there is still no reply. Customer service is very poor. All my money gone.... can’t get a refund.

Ordered some shoes on eBay. Sent me the wrong size shoes. I followed the returns procedure on eBay and sent them back the next day to the address on the paperwork that eBay generated. After weeks of the parcel not being delivered, I contacted them only to be told they're not using that warehouse during the pandemic, and that I should have checked their website for instructions. Bear in mind I sent them back before lockdown, and I didn't buy from their website, I bought from eBay, so why should all check all their points of purchase and compare their returns procudures? By that logic I'd expect their staff to spend the same amount of time checking what they are actually sending me and we could avoid the problem in the first place. It's also not my fault if they forget to update their returns procedure on eBay. The customer service rep stopped responding after suggesting serveral times that I was at fault the return couldn't be delivered. After two months I got a refund, but less the postage costs. So the cheeky ***** send me the wrong item and I'm out of pocket for the delivery, and they won't even refund me my own cost for having to sending the incorrect item back. So to summarise, I'm over £10.00 out of pocket and they had my money for two months and I've wasted a couple of hours dealing with some customer service rep on eBay who suggest I'm at fault. Just avoid these cowboys, it's not worth the hassle.

Shocking. Paid for items that the website said was in stock and later turned out they never had them to sell. Also asked basic questions about which weights fitted which bars. They didn't know and apparently they couldn't ask there suppliers. Seriously the worst company I've dealt with Selling phantom products and not even knowing basic answers to what they sell. Sounds very much like a fake website to me.

Ordered something for Christmas in November. I didnt get the goods nor any refund yet. 6weeks pending ... wouldn't advise to buy anything of them

Claim quick & easy returns. Nothing of the sort. Emails ignored, indifferent customer service & directors that refuse to engage with their customers. Yet to get a refund. They will not even acknowledge receipt of the return even though I have proof from courier. Do not use.

Screwed up my order just before Xmas despite me clarifying that their website had added my billing country to the delivery address. Just cancelled the order and told me to ‘do it again’. Never use these people- useless

STAY OUT FROM LOVELL RUGBY!its my first time buying from this website.they send me trackpant completly diffrent from the picture they show.and its cheap 1.remember YOU STILL NEED TO PAY FOR THE RETURN even they do mistake.i want to give them 0 star if i can.good luck if you buy from lovell rugby.

I've just purchased a Scotland vintage rugby shirt for a gift - arrived timely and great quality for the price. However - web description is navy blue/white and it's actually navy blue/cream (strong cream at that!) Such a disappointment.

They have some great bargains if you keep an eye out and it's very handy that you can order from them with Amazon pay. A very lovely website, really clean look. Only downside is the lack of merchandise for some club teams such as Glasgow and some of the Super Rugby sides. I'm definitely pleased with all the orders I've made from Lovell Rugby. Everything arrives on time. Overall a very good experience.

Placed order for football boots before Christmas (16th December) as a Xmas present for my son delivery date stated 3 to 5 days. It is now the 6th January Still no Boots ? ! Emailed Lovell-rugby Twice but had no response ? ! Phoned so called customer service department 3 times to be fobbed off twice and finally had a phone call returned blaming none delivery of Boots on temporary Christmas staff ! And would be sent straight out ! 8 days later I still have not received my son’s Christmas present ? Can somebody please explain what is going on ? A very disappointed Customer who will be telling others about my experience with Lovell-rugby.
