“Was quite disappointed in the christening Bible didn't realise it was so small”

“Ordered a gift for a 70th birthday. Cannot comment on product as it went direct to recipient, though looked good on copy sent to me. One failure is there is nowhere on line to place a message (including who it was from), Took longer to deliver than advised. I only mention this to advise future purchasers to allow extra time for delivery.”

“I Ordered a personalised silver bracelet for a christening gift. Arrived quickly but its nowhere near as nice as it looked on the website and the engraving looks rusty. Have contacted the support email twice and still waiting to speak to someone. I've had no reply or any acknowledgement of my dissatisfaction.”
