“I have been using your products since 2017. I just got my new products today and noticed all the items were smaller in fluid oz than my last bundle with the same price tag. I am very disappointed by this especially with no warning to your consumers. I truly thought your company was better than this.”

Hi Michelle, We appreciate your honest review. Yes, our generation 8 triple mushroom complex products have gone through a wholesale evolution in ingredients, formulation and packaging. The packaging is now fully recyclable and more in line with standard sizing (we offered oversized packaging before). The more important aspect is that the new formulations offer more actives, and greater value. In short, we believe we're offering better products at the same price. Also, we did send out multiple emails letting our customers know the details of the change but it looks like you didn't receive it or it probably ended up in your SPAM folder. We understand that you're not pleased with the change, but please do give our generation 8 products a fair try. I think you'll find that you'll enjoy them even more. “I’ve only been using about 3 weeks. Compared to competitors it takes a little longer to mix and dissolve in coffee. How long before we notice any difference in our skin, joints or hair? Also, does this ever go on sale or is it less expensive if you are a member. I’ve been a member for many years and would like to continue to your collagen longer but wish it was a little less money. Thank you.”

Hi A. Yes, you're correct, it does take a bit longer to dissolve. Typically you'll see a noticeable difference within about 3 weeks or so. Some see it more in their hair, some see it more in their nails. Some tell us their joints feel better. The benefits seem to be highly personal. The collagen supplement right now is $49 USD for a month's supply but with the VIP membership option you can get it for $39.20 USD. And you can take that order in any interval you wish (30 days, 45 days, 60 days etc..). The collagen does go on sale when we do site wide sales from time to time but the sales only apply to one time purchases so the best way to consistently purchase the collagen is to go the VIP membership route and from time to time purchase it one time sale if the promotion is really good (i.e. Black Friday sales). As we only promote site wide sales 2x a year, that VIP membership option (20% off) is an option you can enjoy at anytime. Thank you and all our best!

“I’ve been using Saranghae for nearly a decade now, and have brought you many customers over the years who use it now too. We all love the products. I just tried the lip balm today, so far so good! Also, love the new packaging! The only complaint I have is the eye cream packaging, it’s hard to get the last bits of cream from the pump jar, and I end up wasting some of it because of it. I prefer a regular small jars for eye cream - like the one you use for the moisturizer but much smaller. It’s just my five cents, other than that, I am a big fan of your products. Thanks, and keep kicking butt!”

“Wow! Thanks guys for the gifts! I’ve been a loyal Saranghae customer since 2017. I lived in Singapore and Hong Kong, and then stayed with your brand when I moved to Texas USA. I’ve watched the brand develop and grow over the years and been excited to see new products come out. I LOVE my routine with the older tried—and—trusted products (your eye cream is a gift to the world) and I have enjoyed trying out a new product every time I place an order (the previous time it was the collagen cream and the Vitamin C corrective serum). Both are GREAT, I notice such a difference in my skin when I apply the Vitamin C. So, thank you for sending me some new samples to try! I like keeping a natural face and I share with my friends because I really believe in this brand, it’s effective skin support and it’s low-tox ingredients. Your products were still a part of my life and routine when I lived in Ireland for two years, and even now, living in Switzerland. I’ve lived all over the world and Saranghae products are my favourite to use. Please feel free to use the above or any part of the above in a review! Warm wishes”

“I ordered face masks and I received as gifts Advanced Renewal Retinal Serum and the Firm and Lift Regeneration Cream. So cool for a company to do! I have used for several years the face masks, and they are wonderful. The cream felt luxurious when applied, and I thought I could see a difference. The serum was gentle and seemed to brighten my skin. Excellent company, excellent products!”

“hello!! i placed a snail mucin product to my throne wishlist as i am in the top 2.7% & when it arrived (SUPER quick!) i noticed i was also gifted lip peptide, and a rejuvenating mushroom face cream from the saranghae team! these products weren’t cheap either, theyre heavy in packaging and quality all around. i used the mushroom cream that night, and by the morning some small smile line creases had literally faded away! i’ll be ordering for SURE again. very happy and thanks again to the wonderful people that sent extra to me!”

“I have been a Saranghae customer since they first started, when nothing was automated and when you have to call in to change/schedule your shipment. After a certain years of using the same products and as you aged, your skin has different needs. My recent purchased of the Advanced Pore Minimizing & Skin Tone Corrective Serum With 10% Niacinamide + 1% Glutathione and the Retinal Serum, combined with the products I have aready, I see a difference. My skin is not dull looking. My face looks brighter and more lively. My coworkers even said I looked younger and prettier (made my day)!!”

“As someone with sensitive skin, I’ve always been wary of using retinol because of its potential to cause redness and peeling. That’s why I was excited to try this Saranghae retinal and Bakuchiol Serums, and it didn’t disappoint. This product is incredibly gentle and leaves my skin hydrated and glowing. After three months of use, I’ve noticed subtle improvements in my skin tone and a reduction in acne scars. It’s not as fast-acting as retinol, but for those with delicate skin or who prefer a plant-based option, this is perfect. My only minor issue is the slightly sticky texture, but it absorbs well after a few minutes.”

“After using these products a few months, my mother asked why I was aging backwards. This last order I received the intensive lip repair serum. I had an experience the day before that made my lips cracked, bleeding and scabbed. This repaired it in one night! Amazing quality and each container lasts a long time.”

“Saranghae came into my skincare life when I was at a loss. My preferred products were no longer available in Canada, and I didn't know what to replace the with. I'd been hearing about Korean skincare, and have been following Saranghae's social media for a little while. When they had their November sale, I decided to bite he bullet and ordered the Nourishing and Moisturizing Oil + Foam Cleanser. To my delight, the package arrived with some gifted goodies as well, the Orora Skin Science bioactive collagen serum and cream, and their new lip treatment. I've built them all into my skincare regimen, they work so well together and with my other products. I can honestly say my skin has never looked this good, and it glows! These products are truly a remarkable brand. And their podcasts are funny, and educational. Thank you!”
