“My skin looks amazing!! I'm 36 & for the first time in months, I am comfortable leaving the house without any foundation on. I've noticed my skin firming up & the fine lines around my eyes & on my forehead diminishing. I will continue to use this product because it really seems to work well with my skin.”

“I’m not quite over 60 but closing in on it! The Big 60 next year! I have always had extremely, extremely, extremely dry & sensitive skin and have struggled all my life to find products that actually help. It is usual that every 2-3 days my face is so dry (even with following a good routine with the most moisturizing products I could find) that my skin literally flakes off in pieces large enough that I can peel them off. So I have to exfoliate - often. I decided to give Saranghae a try - have now been using it for 7 weeks. My skin is definitely improved overall and with NO flaking at all. I have not needed to exfoliate dry skin from my face since staring with the Saranghae routine. I am very diligent to use the cleanser, eye cream, serum & moisturizer morning & evening. I am very happy with the results - so much so that for the first time ever I am making public comments about my experience with a product.”

“I’m almost 62 and have been using Rodan & fields for about 3 years. I just received my first shipment of Saranghae two days ago. I know it sounds crazy but I can already feel and see a difference in my skin. It seems to literally be drinking up this product. No oiliness or left over sitting on top of my skin either. “Yes this is the best cream I have ever used. I don't use anything else. This cream has made my skin flawless and so soft. I use it all over my face and neck! It smells so nice and I can feel it working on my skin! I can't say enough but this is truly doing what it says. Heals, regenerates and makes you say "WOW' it is what every company strives for and I have tried many, but this cream is outstanding and I just am so happy to have finally found Saranghae!”

“I am 63 and have had wonderful results in 8 weeks! My skintone is more even and sort of radiant, so much so that I hate wearing any foundation heavier than a light BB cream. Also, I have sensitive skin prone to hives in cold weather and dry indoor heat. My skin is so hydrated now that I rarely get a hive. I haven’t wanted to touch all the skincare samples I receive from Ipsy because I don’t want to interrupt my Saranghae routine. Just ordered the charcoal mask today and can’t wait to try!”

Hi Anna, we appreciate you reaching out to us. First of all, we're very concerned regarding your experience with Saranghae. This is the first time we've ever received feedback that our product has produced acneic reaction, but of course, we take it very seriously. We've looked at your email address and couldn't find your customer record, if you could email customercare@lovesaranghae.com we'd be glad to fully refund your purchase. We'd also love to get some further information on what exactly happened with your skin so that we can investigate further. In response to the statement thta we are not a Korean Beauty company - Anna, we have 3 ISO certified manufacturing facilities and 2 state of the art R/D facilities in Seoul and Busan South Korea. Our North American headquarters are in Canada, our warehouse is California and our Customer experience facility is in Dallas, Texas (to better serve our North American customers with local reps). We find that many of these posts on reddit are completely untrue, and we believe some of them have been initiated by competitors to spread rumours. Of course reddit is anonymous and anyone who knows reddit threads know that they are filled mostly with online trolls that have journalistic integrity whatsoever. We currently have over 100K happy, engaged and passionate customers, our customer service is world class and our products are considered by many the best they've ever tried.
