“I had an appointment with a plastic surgeon. I had this same appointment a year ago with the same doctor. I am looking to correct my eye lids, which have been drooping as I get older. A year ago the doctor and I discussed the possibility of also correcting the so called jowls which I noticed where being more noticeable. At the time I decided to wait on both procedures. Last week when I saw him, he mentioned that the skin around the mouth and cheeks was actually looking better than last year and corrective surgery was not necessary at the moment. My reaction was....what??? Really? I thought that I was just having a placebo effect and I was mentally trying to see improvement, but nope! He confirmed it. I have been using your products for just a little over a month and my skin is firmer, I am quite shocked! I bought these products thinking that they would probably make my skin smoother for a little bit (as many others) but that after a little while that would be it. I am very pleased.”

“I have been using the eye cream, night cream, day moisturizer and serum. I am 73 years old and do have some sun damage (spots) on my cheek. I have noticed that my skin tone is much clearer and the spots less noticeable. I have always taken care of my skin, using Lancôme, Yves Rocher, L'Oreal and generally the good stuff, and do have good skin generally. Excellent products, recommend to all. And they last longer as you only need a little. The consistency is rich but not heavy.”

“I've been using your products now for 3 weeks and I’m amazed at my skin!! I’m 38 and starting to see some fine wrinkles and thinning in my skin. My skin was no longer even and healthy looking. I see a huge difference!!! I’ve had several people ask me what I’m doing to my skin!! I looked at Saranghae for months and finally decided to try it, I’ll never turn back.”

“Buyers Beware!! Saranghae has told me that according to their policy they can resume auto ship at any time even if you have requested to put your account on hold. They send you an email and if you do not respond within 48 hours they ship it anyway to you. I’ve been very sick and had put my account on hold. Too sick to check emails daily. If you want to stop shipments you need to cancel your account completely. And if you want to return a product they ship to you even though you’ve put your account on hold, you are responsible for shipping costs. My health is not good and I now have to deal with this somehow. These policies are not representative of a quality company.”

Hi Marie, Our policy is stated on our website upon selecting the membership option. I am sorry that we cannot be accountable for every customer that wishes to sign up for a membership without reading the Terms and Conditions first. As per our last email that you did not respond to, we are able to return two of your bundles even though they are both significantly outside our return policy. I understand your frustration but you do have the option to return. When a customer does not reply to our 48 hour pre-bill notification, the bundle ships. Please understand it would be near impossible to contact every customer and double check with them if they want their bundle. This is why the 48 hour pre-bill notification is in place, for customers to communicate with us. There was no way for us to know you were in bad health because there was no communication. Our phone lines are open 7 days a week and our records do not show a call from you asking to cancel your membership. If you need assistance with return options you can call our customer service line 1-855-895-4344 or you can refer to the last email we sent you. Thank you for trying the line Marie, we would love to refund you for the bundles you need to return.

“Love the charcoal mask, but I love it all. I’m 59 years of age this October, and most people comment that I do not look my age. The steps are easy to use. The mask is absolutely amazing as well. Truly, my face feels like I have just walked out a spa after having a facial.”

“So far I think the eye cream is one of the best I've ever used. My skin around my eyes is so soft, I wear a lot of black eyeliner and eye creams do one of two things, they make my eyeliner disappear or they make the lines around my eyes more defined your eye cream leaves my eyeliner (for most of the day) and softens the fine lines around my eyes.”
