“I use this everyday.... I love it! I don’t even have to wear foundation since using your products..... my daughter’s tell me my skin looks better than there’s AND NO I have NOT gone under the knife........... yet!!”

“Buyers Beware!! Saranghae has told me that according to their policy they can resume auto ship at any time even if you have requested to put your account on hold. They send you an email and if you do not respond within 48 hours they ship it anyway to you. I’ve been very sick and had put my account on hold. Too sick to check emails daily. If you want to stop shipments you need to cancel your account completely. And if you want to return a product they ship to you even though you’ve put your account on hold, you are responsible for shipping costs. My health is not good and I now have to deal with this somehow. These policies are not representative of a quality company.”

Hi Marie, Our policy is stated on our website upon selecting the membership option. I am sorry that we cannot be accountable for every customer that wishes to sign up for a membership without reading the Terms and Conditions first. As per our last email that you did not respond to, we are able to return two of your bundles even though they are both significantly outside our return policy. I understand your frustration but you do have the option to return. When a customer does not reply to our 48 hour pre-bill notification, the bundle ships. Please understand it would be near impossible to contact every customer and double check with them if they want their bundle. This is why the 48 hour pre-bill notification is in place, for customers to communicate with us. There was no way for us to know you were in bad health because there was no communication. Our phone lines are open 7 days a week and our records do not show a call from you asking to cancel your membership. If you need assistance with return options you can call our customer service line 1-855-895-4344 or you can refer to the last email we sent you. Thank you for trying the line Marie, we would love to refund you for the bundles you need to return.

“Love the charcoal mask, but I love it all. I’m 59 years of age this October, and most people comment that I do not look my age. The steps are easy to use. The mask is absolutely amazing as well. Truly, my face feels like I have just walked out a spa after having a facial.”

“So far I think the eye cream is one of the best I've ever used. My skin around my eyes is so soft, I wear a lot of black eyeliner and eye creams do one of two things, they make my eyeliner disappear or they make the lines around my eyes more defined your eye cream leaves my eyeliner (for most of the day) and softens the fine lines around my eyes.”

“My skin is mostly oily to mixed type, and have tried 'Complete 5 Step Membership Bundle (5 Pro)',and it did not suit my skin, had break outs. Stopped using it after 7-10 days, and my skin cleared out. Called customer support and explained the situation and wanted to return the product, they insisted on trying it out for another 7-10 days once every day. I did try again for almost 2 weeks this time, it had the same effect. Finally when called back to return the product, they want me to pay the return shipping. This is like I have become their guinea pig to test the product and in return have to pay them back to ship their product(Half empty containers) back to them. When asked how is this 110% satisfaction guarantee or money back, they went to explain the satisfaction rate to me. Fyi, only USPS has to be used to ship back the product, you do not have any flexibility there. On top of this your cc will charge foreign transaction fee as they have this being billed to Canada. This doesn't show up anywhere during you transaction. Overall I don't recommend this for oily/ mixed skin types.”

“I've been on the product for 21 days now, and I love it. I read a review from a customer intially that worried me, because she said the eye cream made her fine lines worse! I started to see that happen, too, after about a week of using the eye cream. But I kept on, and I am SO glad I did! I think it may have just been my skin kicking out inpurities or something because the skin around my eyes has never looked softer. The other products have completely gotten rid of my exzema on my nose, and my color and acne is more under control. On top of that, my skin is soft and supple. This stuff works!”

“I’ve been using this product for 4 months and it doesn’t disappoint. I’ve always had good skin but now that I’m 38 I stared to notice just wrinkles, uneven skin and lack of glow to my skin. I used to do direct selling for a lot of skincare lines because I figured I get a discount and maybe good skin but the skincare wouldn’t work for me. So I finally decided to try this line and wow my skin is as good as it was when I was in my 20’s”

“I am 59 years old I started using products about 30 days ago. 1st thing I noticed was my neck was way tighter. The 2nd thing would be my skin on my cheek said forehead tighter some wrinkles diminish slightly. But the biggest thing would be the dark spots from the sun on the side of my face have faded halfway. I look pretty good with no make up on which was not happening before I started you using Saranghae. Worth the money.”

“Love this product!
