“I was very pleased to receive a very timely response from Karen Wilson. Karen made suggestions for me based on my product usage rate. The size of the products is very generous and I am finding that I have ample product at the end of 30 days while using the regimen as recommended. I love Saranghae and will continue the skin care. Thank you for the great service!”

“This review is solely about the customer service I received. Absolutely far and above the best I have ever received from a company. From a quick response to my initial email to getting the issue resolved promptly was amazing. I had a misplaced shipment and the company (specifically Karen) made sure I was happy customer. “I absolutely love this system. My skin is as smooth as a baby's butt, my fine lines around my eyes and lips are significantly reduced, and it's only been three weeks. I constantly get compliments on my skin and everyone wants to know what use. I don't trust many of these ads on facebook, but I took a chance on this one an I am so glad I did! It's great to be able to customize your deliveries. The bottles are larger than I expected, and it goes so far, that I would be surprised if anyone actually finishes it in 30 days Customer service is great!”

“I did not find any difference in using this skin care over my Avon Anew skin care, except for the price is way higher with Saranghae!! I would not recommend these products. However, the customer service was adequate. I did receive my refund after sending the products back, minus the $35 it cost me to return it.”

We strive to use only the finest natural botanical ingredients and this is what makes our products so special ;) Unfortunately we cannot control the shipping prices UPS/FedEx charged you, but we are sorry for the inconvenience. “I have always struggled with acne even as an adult, this is the 1st product out of what seems like a million products I’ve tried that actually works. I get maybe 1-2 pimples a month! My skin is softer glowing and more healthy! I love the 5 steps and they all smell amazing. You won’t be disappointed!”

“I ADORE my Saranghae 5 step routine! My skin is flawless. My crow's feet disappeared and my fine lines and wrinkles are barely noticeable. Since I've switched to Saranghae, I have gotten so many compliments on how good my skin looks! The customer service reps for this company are top notch. Karen has been working with me to find the perfect delivery schedule for my products and has answered all my questions in a timely matter. I couldn't be more happy with this company and their products :) HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”

“I loved the foam cleanser so much that I bought the 5 step bundle, which didn't work well for my skin. I returned it in December and never got a refund. I've been calling them, only to be told that without a tracking number, they won't refund my items. So, I'm out over $180. While the foam cleanser is amazing, I will never use these products again. I buy about 40% of my skin care and clothing online and have returns consistently - I have NEVER had this happen to me, which makes me distrust this company and/or the company who handles their returns.”
