“You have no idea what a pleasure it is to do business with you! Not only do I LOVE your products but your customer service is excellent! It is so refreshing not to have to hassle or waste a lot of time in making changes to accommodate my needs. Five star rating for both products and fast, friendly, accommodating customer service!!! “I think y’all need to put something on the page about not being able to access an online portal to change your orders. It’s ok you aren’t there yet- but i feel like you’re missing an opportunity to sell your customer service. I feel like you should push that you “call and talk to a helpful customer service rep right away” and really sell the yak to a human piece. A lot of these subscriptions get annoying bc you can’t remember your login or password and you could leverage that to say with y’all you’re just a phone call away. All just a thought :) love the products. Love the story. Have a great day!”

“I have tried all kinds of skin care from Clinique to Perricone and Saranghae beats them all. I love the smoothness of my skin. None of the products dry my skin like the others I’ve tried. I am a member for life.”

“I really appreciate companies that take customer service seriously, especially with so much being done online. I applaud your flexibilty and service. It's encouraging to get a quick response for questions or concerns about a product. This makes me want to continue to do business especially if the product is great! Don't change! :)”

“I was very pleased to receive a very timely response from Karen Wilson. Karen made suggestions for me based on my product usage rate. The size of the products is very generous and I am finding that I have ample product at the end of 30 days while using the regimen as recommended. I love Saranghae and will continue the skin care. Thank you for the great service!”

“This review is solely about the customer service I received. Absolutely far and above the best I have ever received from a company. From a quick response to my initial email to getting the issue resolved promptly was amazing. I had a misplaced shipment and the company (specifically Karen) made sure I was happy customer. “I absolutely love this system. My skin is as smooth as a baby's butt, my fine lines around my eyes and lips are significantly reduced, and it's only been three weeks. I constantly get compliments on my skin and everyone wants to know what use. I don't trust many of these ads on facebook, but I took a chance on this one an I am so glad I did! It's great to be able to customize your deliveries. The bottles are larger than I expected, and it goes so far, that I would be surprised if anyone actually finishes it in 30 days Customer service is great!”

“I did not find any difference in using this skin care over my Avon Anew skin care, except for the price is way higher with Saranghae!! I would not recommend these products. However, the customer service was adequate. I did receive my refund after sending the products back, minus the $35 it cost me to return it.”
