I have always struggled with acne even as an adult, this is the 1st product out of what seems like a million products I’ve tried that actually works. I get maybe 1-2 pimples a month! My skin is softer glowing and more healthy! I love the 5 steps and they all smell amazing. You won’t be disappointed!

I ADORE my Saranghae 5 step routine! My skin is flawless. My crow's feet disappeared and my fine lines and wrinkles are barely noticeable. Since I've switched to Saranghae, I have gotten so many compliments on how good my skin looks! The customer service reps for this company are top notch. Karen has been working with me to find the perfect delivery schedule for my products and has answered all my questions in a timely matter. I couldn't be more happy with this company and their products :) HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I loved the foam cleanser so much that I bought the 5 step bundle, which didn't work well for my skin. I returned it in December and never got a refund. I've been calling them, only to be told that without a tracking number, they won't refund my items. So, I'm out over $180. While the foam cleanser is amazing, I will never use these products again. I buy about 40% of my skin care and clothing online and have returns consistently - I have NEVER had this happen to me, which makes me distrust this company and/or the company who handles their returns.

I have tried every product there is- often finding the only difference was the label on the jar. All of them felt awful (greasy) or made me break out (I’m 65) or did absolutely nothing. Saranghae is wonderful! Has it changed my skin? I think so. But aside from that it feels great, my skin feels alive, clean and hydrated without being icky. I highly recommend this product.

I've literally tried every skincare system out there!! I have had acne, combination skin and I'm now in my 50s and I'm getting dry patches and some fine lines, but all of the mousteruzing creams out there make me break out terribly! Since I've been using this product, my skin calmed down immediately, acne cleared up in just a few days and instantly became well balanced. I added the toner and the charcoal mask and it's clearly the best I've ever tried!! It peels off in one piece very easily. I cant wait to wash my face every morning and night. I can now see a future with days of wearing no makeup and feeling quite comfortable!!

I purchased the complete kit for my sisters birthday (50’s); she has sensitive, dry skin. The products came in an elegant, beautiful box. She loved them & I tried out the face wash on a visit to her home. I purchased the face wash for myself & moisture creme. Now, I see there is a refrigerator for the products? How fun is that! 1 more sister & 3 daughters to get on the list of devoted fans in the upcoming year.

Well I have to say I was so nervous to try this line! I have very sensitive rosecea prone skin. Even having wine can cause a major burning itching flair up of my skin. I was only using a very gentle natural face wash and another acure sensitive face lotion. My face was still dry and I usually only washed it once daily and did not do much to my face. When I 1st started Saranghae my face was itching and a bit red, however I went to your website and watched the tutorial. I realized I was using wayyyy to much and not dabbing it in like it should be. When I started doing it the right way.... my skin had no reaction! Now after about a month and a half I have seen amazing results! I have also added in the toner and that has helped greatly with getting the red out of my cheeks! My dark pigmentation spots are disappearing and the weird dark spot above my upper lip is all the way gone! Not to mention fine lines are disappearing and I have not been wearing foundation because my skin looks so smooth and pretty! I will be a customer for life! This was so worth it for me and I love it all! I will hopefully try the charcoal mask in the future.

I give the products 5 stars because they are great. The minus stars are thanks to the VIP membership that charges you without a heads up, no email, nothing. No way to update the membership online, without having to call, there's no one that answers the phone to help, so you just get charged and no way to fix it in a timely manner. E-mails? good luck! I would rather pay the full price for the occasional product than get a surprise $169 charge in my account. Oh! I'm still trying to get through the phone for the 4th time today. The products are great. But the customer service sucks if you need help beyond the positive comments.

Hey Melissa, thanks for the feedback! Saranghae always sends a pre-bill notification via email, 72 hours before your bundle ships. This gives you time to send us an email if you need to make some adjustments. Emails are typically answered within 24 hours, which leaves plenty of time once you get your pre-bill reminder. Of course, all of this is outlined in the pamphlet that comes with your bundle ;) Thank you for trying the line, we are so happy that you are enjoying the products!!

Whenever I had questions or problems with my order Karen Wilson was sways there to get into the details, give valuable insight or advice. She is a pleasure to deal with, very detail oriented and eager to resolve any misunderstandings

I joined the VIP program and received the Blue Moon Refrigerator. Upon checking out they also offered the toner and charcoal mask, which I added to my cart. I followed the prescribed routine and have been happy with the results. When I encountered an issue with some dry skin, Sandra Starr offered excellent advice for tweaking the routine. I decided not to use the charcoal mask because of my dry, sensitive skin and the customer service representatives were most helpful, especially Sandra. I promptly received my refund in less than a week of my shipping it back. Sandra also helped me move back the bundle delivery date as I was not using up the product at the expected pace. She also informed me I could order the products individually if I used up some of them more quickly than others for the VIP price. I have always been treated with respect and fairness, and Sandra in particular is always upbeat and friendly. I would recommend trying Saranghae for both the products available and the superior customer care.

Customer service is great! I developed an allergy (not related to the products) and my dermatologist recommended that I stop using all products until they can figure out the cause. I contacted customer service to stop future orders and had questions about an existing order. Karen Wilson was so helpful and answered all my questions. I received such great service. The service alone would make me a returning customer.

Excellent customer service. Karen and others were very attentive in helping me set up my account and special shipping address issues. Great customer service is hard to find these days but you will have no problems at all with saranghae. In fact, they were so great I feel guilty for causing them trouble. Products are wonderful too. Thank you so much!

After 2 weeks of using the 5-step routine, my skin felt dry, so I tried altering the steps. It did not help too much. Finally, I wrote to Customer Care that I needed them to cancel the next shipment until I work out that I really can use the products. Two days later, Karen with Customer Care wrote back and let me know that even though my payment had already been charged, they refunded the money and postponed the shipment until May. At the same time, she suggested ways to help my dry skin feel better. It was a great experience. I hope her advice helps with time. Excellent customer care!

Karen, I'm really getting worried now. I placed my order 6 days ago and it still hasn't shipped. I send a email before, and was told it shipped. I checked my tracking number after 24 hours and it showed that a label had been generated, but is still has not shipped. When can I expect my order to be delivered?????

Every time I email, Karen has always responded in a very timely, friendly and helpful way! She pays attention to details, making sure she’s responding to exactly what I inquired about. I love Saranghaes customer service and the product is amazing! I would give it more than 5 stars if I could!

My skin is extremely sensitive and I tried a new product my daughter in law sells and had a terrible reaction. So I thought I would try one more time with Saranghae for I know I need extra help at 67. I have had no allergic reaction and receive compliments all the time on my complexion. Thank you, Saranghae for such a great product.
