“I returned an item in perfect condition, but in its shoebox having not worn it. I sealed the item with tape and was told that "This decision is the box has been damaged with returns labels and tape. As this is the case we are unable return the item back to stock for re-sale''. The item was then returned to me without a refund, having also paid a hefty fee to post the return. Kaush from the customer service team and Nicola the quality control department manager were particularly unhelpful. I have ultimately been scammed.”
“Placed on order for 3No items on 26th November '22 thinking 4No weeks or so until Xmas.
Received a T Shirt which was clearly a faulty garment and returned the item - I am still to receive anything relating to a replacement or a refund.
Another item ordered, was for a jumper which I am still yet to receive again nothing from the company.
The service is absolutely dreadful - please be aware of this if you are thinking of ordering via this website/route - steer clear???”

The site has quality items at a great price and I can order from the comfort of home. Love the Sales is easy to use and has other products too. Saved loads on a new DYSON for my mum too!
