Their team was very calm, supportive, and walked me through everything without making it complicated. They managed to restore what I needed and even advised me on how to avoid the same issue later. I get in touch, and was re assured the wrap had been posted and would get it the following week. 2 weeks pass im intouch again. then im told they don't even have the wrap and are waiting to receive it from the factory its made in. so I asked for a refund, they said yes. week passes and and the hadn't even processed a refund for me with the bank. so I had to ask katana to get the ball rolling for me. this has been a processes of 2 months. crazy behaviour!”

“I wish I had read the reviews on TrustPilot before I purchased anything from this company. They make it intentionally difficult to contact them regarding returning anything, and then when you do contact them you have to argue with them about whether or not you're even allowed to return it before they send you the return address!
It's been a month since I contacted them regarding returning a carrier and at first they tried to tell me that because I tried it on I couldn't return it. eventually I got them to send me the address, and when I finally got a refund, it was £32 less than I paid!
When I contacted them regarding this, they are saying that they deducted 20% because I supposedly tore off a tag! I took pictures of the item before I returned it and all tags and manuals are intact and I returned it in the original bag it came in. They will not provide evidence of this supposed damage. I tried the item on one time and immediately put it back in the bag. And for this, they have deducted 20%.
DO NOT USE this company. Considering I had to pay nearly £12 just to return the item, I'm now out nearly £45 for an item that I tried on one time and returned in its original condition.
Read the reviews on TrustPilot before you purchase from this company, as a lot of other people seem to be having similar issues with them and returns! Absolute scammers.”

I have proof of the return being delivered yet it’s been 6 weeks and I have no return? No update, nothing. Emailed and phoned them multiple times and I get palmed off. I don’t even think their phone works. Clearly a terrible company, clearly out to mug people off. They have no values at all. I just wish I check the reviews first.”
